Dangerous, risk of implosion
Spontaneously imploded with sharp bang while at rest with hot tea inside, then tea leaked through the bottom of the jug inundating the table and carpet. After investigation of the fragments of glass inside, if the outer side of the jar was 1mm thick ,the inner layer was less than 1/2 of a mm like a Xmas ball. It is either a faulty one that I got or the design is wrong.

End of life after 612 days...
After use of 612 days, suddenly in a quiet afternoon, while being in the kitchen we heard a loud explosion. We looked around for minutes until we realised the glass flask within the plastic had completely shattered. Fortunately nobody was injured, the glass didnt spill does its job but had expected to use it for bit longer 😟. The button had been good all this time though. Bought it for the colder months, and chose it for the look and the perception of quality..

La qualité EMSA est toujours au RDV ! Je connais la marque et les carafes isothermes qu'elle propose. L'année dernière nous avons fait l'achat d'une verseuse bleu, utilisée en été pour garder de l'eau froide. Elle a fait le boulot ! La verseuse isotherme noire est utilisée pour les boisons chaudes, de l'eau chaude pour des tisanes et/ou pour garder le café au chaud. Les résultats sont bons. Nous la gardons ! Je vous la recommande. Merci Amazon
