Wow no words, its a perfect 👌 replacement of the non veg gelatin powder excellent... Please go for it no doubt about it.... This is great for making glazes and custards. I made some mini cheese cake cups with strawberry jelly glaze with it. And loved it.

This product is absolutely perfect. Vegan and flavorless, at a pocket friendly price. I used it to make the strawberry spread for chocolate swiss roll and it turned out absolutely delicious!
