I purchased 2 items natra lipid tea bag for low high blood pressure natra lipid with hot boiling water leave in the cap for brew 5 to mintes frist time drink it the tase is very bitterness i don't know is affective for calm lower high blood pressure yet it may can value for money

Very garlicky but don’t mind. If you don’t mind the garlic taste great buy

Not a pleasant taste
I tried this as an alternative to the expensive yoghurt drinks but to me it tastes so awful after the second try they went in the bin.
