Great educational toy!
My granddaughter is 5 1/2 and has worked through several of the experiments with adult supervision. It has been a lot of fun for her.

Not worth the money!
Really not worth the money! My son was so excited to open this set! We were both disappointed with the quality of the items and directions. Also, you need a lot more materials than they even provide.

Just okay.
This is such a great idea. Our daughter likes many of the activities but not everything is always included in each activity. Also the directions aren't very well thought out and more details could be given. For the price I expected a bit more for the money. It is nice to have many of the activities ready to go and explore.

Literally a piece of junk
I bought this kit as a special birthday gift for my science-loving 4-year-old grandson. We were excited to open it together, but were extremely disappointed. Not only was there a missing piece, but the quality of the kit contents was, in a word, crappy. Mostly pieces of paper and styrofoam. He was crestfallen. So was I.
