They do the job

Purchased for 2013 Highlander and had specified that when I selected it. However, when I tried to install it does not fit. Matched up against the filter I took out and this one is clearly smaller by an inch or so. Bought another one for an accord and that fit fine. I opened it a few months after I got it so don’t even have a return option. Will not be risking it again, will stick to Canadian tire or Parts Source
