these limes are half the size of the Sadaf limes I have purchased at a Mediterranean store. However, they were much fresher and lighter in color. I was delighted with the quality when I opened them. I will definitely order them again. If you've never used dried limes and like lime flavor, they are fantastic in a variety of dishes. (think chicken/eggplant, tomato/okra baked. Add these after the first hour of baking the chicken) You could google Persian recipes for ideas.

I have been using Sadaf's dried limes. The product itself is great for cooking stews (esp Middle Eastern and Persian recipes). I have hardly found any limes that have gone bad (which is likely to happen); However, you can find these lime at much lower prices from your neighboring Mid Eastern stores.

I love making kebsa and these are a mist for Arabic cooking. I can’t find these where I live since in in the north or Ontario so I’m so happy to find on Amazon. Tastes amazing and the fragrance to me is amazing
