Our elderly dog (13 yrs old) has been getting stressed, anxious every time a thunderstorm is around; pacing, panting heavyly, etc. I talked to our vet but they didn't seem to want to do anything. I decided to order and see if it would work on her. I knew a storm was coming within the next 3 hrs so I gave her 3 chews (52 lbs). We were in bed when I heard the heavy rains..she stayed a sleep. Then a heavy clap of thunder which shook the house woke her up but she just laid in bed....a wake but not panting, not whining ....nothing. I highly recommend this.

I love these. My dog is a red heeler and chihuahua mix. Hyper vigilant and prone to freaking out. We live in a community big on fireworks and we are also down the street from a AFB w munitions testing and sonic booms. These ALWAYS work AND MY DOG LOVES THEM. The effect lasts for hours. We also live where there is mining a few cities over and a race track on the other side of town. I tried other brands. They did not work as well. These stay fresh and soft and she gobbles them done and wants more.

My dog does not like them.

They work well our lab is 76 pounds I gave her two instead of the recommended dose which was I believe 4 or 5. The two knocked my dog out for the whole day! We give her one sometimes when their are fireworks and that works for her.

If you're looking for something to calm your dog down, these calming chews are great. They do not put them in a stupor they just calm him nicely. My daughter-in-law has a terrier/shih tzu and he is neurotic. Scratches himself till he has no hair left. These just calm him enough to where he can rest some. I definitely would recommend them.

My dog is a food hound… eats almost anything. I say almost anything because the one thing he refuses to eat, this treat. I would love to say it works great to calm his nerves during a thunderstorm, but I can’t sweet Earl is still a ball of trembles. This product “may” work great for your dog, but the taste must be something awful if mines won’t even scarf it down. Which says a lot since mine has eaten cat turds.

I HAVE A SHEPARD WHO CAN HEAR A MOSQUITO BURP 3 STATES AWAY. SHE SHAKES WITH ANY ODD NOISES. THIS HAS FIXED IT ALL. I USED TO GET A LIQUID THAT IS NO LONGER MADE. I HAVE TRIED MANY THINGS BUT IT SEEMS TO BE THE CERTAIN INGREDIENTS IN THIS. I KEEP BACK STOCK SO BAD WEATHER TO JUST STRESS SHE IS CALM AND NO STRESS.

Very useful, and effective, my 16 yrs old dog which is unable to walk by herself its good for her to sleep trough the night then bring her to the toilet in the morning.

My pet does not like them to eat so must not like the smell or taste so hard to see if they work or not

So far my young dog is still pacing and clingy. Maybe with continued use it will work? We'll see... I am adding to my last review...it is not a mood changer but she is settling at night a while after she has her chews...so nice improvement. I'd recommend.
