Not great, "meh" is about the best I can give it.
It is pretty clear that whoever designed this has never actually had to go and install it. The lack of power cable and the fiddly power connector is annoying. The lack of power cable I can understand, given the likely install scenarios, but the stupidly fiddly power connector is just ridiculous. Try connecting that with cold hands on a dank and drizzly day. Sheer stupidity of design. Weirdly, the cutouts for the cables don't line up particularly well with the Flex. Even worse, but the seal that surrounds the cables is just utterly rubbish. Again, it shouldn't be this bad, and is fiddly, particularly if you are using (thicker) outdoor ethernet cabling. The locking mechanism is pretty non-existent. A torx screw does not make for a secure box. The door seal is average. I would not want to install this box where it would be subject to direct rain. If you're installing it indoors (say in a garage, or shed, or even a basement, just to make things look neat) then fine. But if this is supposed to be installed outside, then I'd not be confident that it would be up to the task.

A weatherproof cupboard with a built in power supply
A well constructed piece of kit for keeping the weather off Unifi flex switch. The included PSU does a good job generating an available power budget of 48W for connection to other cameras, access points etc. It is sworth noting that the PSU does not have the usual network connection pass through, so you effectively have 4 ports available once the PSU is connected to port number one. Also worth noting that it is necessary to input the information that the PSU is being used to power the switch in the Unifi Network app (settings for the Flex Switch).
