Flexible Fish Turner Spatula, for Fish/Egg/Meat/Dumpling Frying

Best spatula ever - I use it mostly for eggs over easy and fish. The slight curve and nonstick feature makes it an essential tool in my kitchen!

Needed a fish spatula for my new Cuisinart non-stick pan, and that means a coated one, or a plastic/silicone one. I considered one of those metal ones with a silicone "edge", I decided on this fully coated one instead, as it is the right price and I am not sure about the longevity of the other type. Since getting it, I've used it many times for various foods including bacon, eggs, chicken, and more. As a spatula, it's good. While not as flexible as those thin metal fish spatulas on TV, it works quite well for flipping strips of bacon against side of the pan and other uses. I've even used it as a strainer for noodles from a sauce pan. Some small bits of the fried egg did get a little stuck on the under side, but dish sponge took care of that. All in all, it works quite well, and is the right price. If you had to nitpick, the round metal handle may be a bit slipper under adverse conditions, but it works quite well as is, at least for me.

It’s sturdy and that’s almost the problem. It’s too stiff and doesn’t bend as well as metal fish spatulas. But since it seems fairly high quality I’m still giving it 4 stars.

Really like this a lot; it's sturdy, but flexible. It flips beautifully and washes well. Only drawback: heat resistance level is 410. Still, my new "go to"

It’s well made and durable. It’s perfect for fried egg, chapathi, dosa, pancakes and tortillas. Who ever made this, knows exactly what it’s supposed to do. Difficult design but I am glad I found it on Amazon.

Got this to be better able to turn over eggs. Works as I had hoped. Came promptly as promised, 2 days. Got to use it this morning. Happy with purchase.

Better size than the average spatula - does not break omelettes when flipping.

It may not be the cheapest fish slice but it is strong yet flexible. Its my partners favourite and is used regularly.
