If you want to replace the bolts or rivets or something and just use this, it'll do the job. I know there's a lot of people that complain about it being past expiration date. If it's past the expiration date just send it back. Don't give it a bad review. Understand this stuff is extremely thick. A little on the hard side. But if you take these tubes and put them in the oven for 5 10 minutes and get it hot. You can put it in any caulk on and easily squeeze it out. But this is not an adhesive that you use a little bit and then seal it up. To use in a couple days later. But this stuff is amazing. I build composite square drop trailers and I don't use bolts or screws or rivets. This stuff is indestructible. I have never had a problem with anything or any seam coming apart. I'm not saying everything is going to be the same but what a overland square drop trailer goes through. Driving down rough roads in the middle of the desert for hours. And holds up. This stuff is amazing. I use it on composite panels and you can't really screw a hard panel. It doesn't work. So you got to rely on adhesive? I've been using these adhesives for a few years now and I've built 22 trailers with this stuff. Normally I buy it in bulk I needed it. My shipment was a few days out. So just put it in the oven and you won't have any problems. Maybe for like 5 to 10 minutes. . It will easily bond to wood metal fiberglass aluminum. Foam without any issues. Amazing product if used right.

The item had no nozzle and therefore no way to dispense the product. The inner seal was also broken and the item was repacked in a sealed clear plastic bag, clearly defective and returned. Look at the other reviews very similar.

Did the trick

This is an expensive specialty product, not generally available in lumber yards or hardware stores. The caulk did the job well, but was a bit past its printed ’best If used before’ date. It was so stiff as to be nearly impossible to squeeze out of its tube with my caulk gun.

As expected, great product, adheres well, and lays smoothly.

Came with a wonky applicator tip. This is already has an opening about 3/8 inches with a notch cut in it and a protrusion at the end. I have no idea how to use it and there are no videos available anywhere demonstrating it. All videos use a normal caulk tip that you cut to your desired opening at 45 degrees. I had to go out to the local home improvement center to buy a tip kit for $13 that included a bunch of useless bead forming tools.

As far as an assembly adhesive this stuff is amazing so far. But only buy what you need. This stuff has a very short shelf life. I bought an extra tube for a project a year back and it hardened in the unopened tube within the year.

1. Sold it 6 months past the expiration date and it's unusable 2. Sold it with a word tip that doesn't allow small beads 3. Sold it with a huge dent in the bottom Avoid like crazy!
