Great for 30 degree camping!
Bought these for Sequoia camping in November, it was 29* 2 mornings in a row. We were the only family warm enough throughout the night. We have had so many friends buy these same ones just for the fall/winter campouts and no one has been disappointed yet.

Not as warm as I had anticipated (or was lead to believe by a yt user I trusted)
This thing is HUGE. And the big head cover, or pillow holder or whatever the end piece is called is, in my mind, useless. I've purchased a few items recommended by a youtuber I trust(ed), and this was one of them. One trip to King of the Hammers and I was a little disappointed with the "not as warm as reported" I found with this bag. I will admit that it's much better than fighting the mummy bag I've been using, for the last five years, but the headpiece was distracting and annoying. The interior material feels good on bare skin, as opposed to synthetic materials found in many sleeping bags. But, if you're still cold, you lose that comfort by putting on long johns or pajamas. I need to use it a few more times to make a full review, but, in my mind, this is a late Winter - early Spring / late Autumn - early Winter bag, and not a 0-degree winter bag.

Definitely stays warm.
I have the zero degree bag. Temperature dropped to mid 30s overnight while I was camping last week. I had this bag on top of a sleeping pad, which in turn was on top a mattress pad. Also had a heat reflective blanket lining the bottom of tent. Woke up actually sweating in this bag. Had to open it partway to stay cool. Granted, I did take a lot of measures to insulate the bottom of the tent but I think the bag was the main warmth factor. Definitely recommend. You can cinch the hood, too. Not quite like a mummy bag but you’ll feel like a hot pocket with leg room. I’m 5’9 and have plenty of room.

great durable sleeping bag that actually functions as well as its rated, its rated to zero degrees
this is a wonderful sleeping bag,i've had it out in 17degrees below zero, thats farenheit on a camping trip recently, its rated to 0 degrees so i brought along a down comforter and lined the inside of the bag with it and literally woke up sweating,i had to shed clothes.i love this bag,its not meant to be backpacked for lengthly excursions because of the wieght factor, but if your horse back riding to a camp site this is the perfect bedroll, however this doesn't bother me,i'm 71 yrs old and drive to my camp sites.its nice and comfy in the tipi at night and i rest assurred knowing i'll stay warm with my guide gear canvas sleeping bag,i forgot to mention, its large,i'm six foot and believe me theres plenty of room to shift around, and i don't have to worry about accidently setting l.t on fire at night by sparks if i rough it cowboy camping next to the fire.its a wonderful life looking at the stars and listening to the firewood crackle.i guess i need to start planning next camp,i'm getting cabin fever.my 2 cents.

car camping bag / no heater needed
i've used this bag down to -5° car camping. I wouldn't buy anything else. The thickness and canvas material of the sleeping bag kept me warm most nights in the below freezing weather without a heater. It is a little thick for over freezing temperatures, but who doesn't have two sleeping bags. This is a big one too make room, it takes up space ! red flannel is super cozy inside.

Don't be fooled. Cheap
It feels cheap. It's not that warm. Sending it back. You will be cold in this bag.
