I decided to try Bio Krauter horsetail supplement because I have noticed that my hair has been thining, so I did some research and this lead me to horsetail supplement. Horsetail is known for it's high silica content, which may contribute to strong bones and healthy hair. While talking the supplement, I did notice an improvement in hair and nail growing.

Seems to be working! Good quality and easy to ingest. Get a chaser ready though if you can’t handle the super sweet taste! I’ve been taking this product for about a month now and my hair has had a significantly noticeable growth with thicker strands and less breakage.
