This cream by far has been the best I’ve tried for my kids’ eczema flare ups. Not greasy but thick and moisturizing, no stinging, and has visibly/physically cleared up their worst flare spots. It layers nicely with their prescription hydrocortisone. I’ve been using it for years for my son and now my baby daughter. I would say it’s a little thick for normal use. However dry winter skin or eczema skin this is absolutely perfect.

Thick but not greasy, and works better than the adult formula to stop the dreadful itch when i have a flare up. Only for body, much too heavy for face. The tube is quite large. No scene.

I never write reviews. This stuff is incredible for my 2.5 year old and 1 year old’s eczema. After about 3 days of using just once at night after bath and their dry spots are gone. No other baby lotion or prescription topical steroid works anywhere close to as well as this does. It’s soothing and locks in moisture. I can’t recommend this lotion enough!

My one+ year old suffers from Eczema and I have tried a number of moisturizers. I am not sure whether we become immune to one after some time but we had been using the tried and tested cera ve for almost a year now and it has worked great. No complaints. I put it on 3-4 times a day after putting on hydrocortisone once in the morning and once in the evening. It seems to maintain the irritation. However, recently one particular area of her hand was suffering from severe rash to the point of cut, bleeding etc. if you have eczema or your little ones do you understand. I was tired of having tried all these things very religiously keeping up with the routine of hydrocortisone, moisturizer, and repeat and moisturize between meals when we washed her hands. Anyway, I saw great reviews on this and thought I need to try this. It can’t hurt it’s about $10 for a decent sized tube. The same day it arrived I put it on my daughter and her skin turned into smooth butter soft like true baby skin how babies without eczema have skin. I was like this is straight up magic. I continued to use it over the next 3 days and I have to tell you unless this stops working magically I am reordering this for the rest of my baby’s life cuz this is way too good. It truly truly works. I’m telling everyone I know about this. It’s affordable and so easy to find. The scent is almost non existent. It feels great and moisturizes great. 10/10 recommend!

Works well! Cream is on the lighter side and easy to apply. Love the tube design makes it easy to use and keeps the cream clean. Fragrance free and will last a long time. Great product!

The colder temps has made my 10 month old's eczema flare up - on her cheeks, arms and legs. We had tried other over-the-counter creams and lotions but no help. This cream worked so well for her - saw overnight improvement! Highly recommend. Went on smoothly and blends easily. Very affordable too. Highly recommend

We used this for our baby's eczema and it worked wonders, her skin is so soft and moisturized now. Wasn't greasy because her skin was SO DRY previously. Easy to apply and definitely worth the price!

I brought it because my baby had some dry skin on her elbows and knees. No amount of moisturizer cream helped. Did not really want to spend so much on a cream. But having tried almost everything else, I finally brought this. I'll be frank. I was surprised on how big the tube was. Thought it was such a waste to have such big tube for a rash so small, that cleared up in a day. Until, I realized I could use that on myself too. I am a breastfeeding mum of a 3 month old. The skin of my cheeks has been dry for the past 3 months! No creams, no serums, no amount of water I drink, no slugging, nothing, absolutely nothing worked. I was so fed up of it, that I had given up and accepted the fact that my skin is gonna stay the same till I stop breastfeeding. Until...I used the cream one day. That's it.. the dryness cleared 95 percent. Finally soft skin after 3 long months. The dryness was completely gone in 2 applications. I swear by this product. Will 100 percent recommend.
