GYMAX Kids Carry On Luggage Set, 12" & 16" 2PCS Rolling Suitcase

I ordered this product with the hopes of my 2 year old using it for our thanksgiving trip. Per Amazon, it was due to arrive a day before we left, November 21st. Unfortunately, because of all of the holiday and Black Friday orders, the arrival date was extended to November 29th. I was very disappointed. I reached out to the store owner and they were quick to respond. Initially, I had decided to return the suitcase since my son would not be able to use the luggage for our trip. However, I changed my mindwhen. The suitcase and backpack are so adorable and my son bsolutely loves his luggage! It's perfect for his size and great quality. I shared my decision to keep the bag with the store owner and again, they responded quickly. To be honest, one of the main reasons why I decided to keep the suitcase is because of my interaction with the store owner. They were very prompt, transparent and genuinely care about the satisfaction of their customers. Thank you again for all of your help! I will be recommending others to this store!

The larger suitcase gets 5 stars. It holds a lot of clothes, it has a zippered section to hold smaller items. It is easy to carry for a 4 year old. The back pack I would only give 3 stars. Our child says it hurts his back. I think he can feel the hard outer shell pressing into his lower back. Both bags arrived slightly scratched. It is not noticable from a few inches away. We have used the bags twice now and there are no additional scratches. This set is very adorable and I would recommend it for young children.

We bought this for our 3yo, and every time she rolls it through the airport, we get so, SO many compliments! It is just the cutest set ever with the little helicopter and airplane backpack with a luggage strap that stacks on the traffic bottom. That said, the handle on the backpack was not very durable and ripped on our first time using it. Still love the set.

This is the cutest little luggage set, we got the one with the owls and my daughter loved it. It holds enough clothes for a week and is a great carry on size. The little handheld back is great for airplane entertainment and snacks. It’s easy to roll and manageable for a small kiddo.

I loved the size of the luggage, perfect for first plane trip. Durable and easy to maneuver. The strap of the backpack broke on return trip.

Grandson loved it. It’s the in thing in pre-kindergarten.

I bought three different sets of luggage for my small grandchildren. They love them and have used them on a plain flight . Very very cute

Loved the giraffe luggage set, especially as it has a backpack!! It was gift for our Grandson who was 2.5 years old and was going on a plane for the first time. He quickly learned to follow his brothers by pulling the luggage and wearing the backpack on his back. He was very proud!
