I’ve tried tons of electrolyte drinks, but BODYARMOR Lyte Tropical Coconut absolutely stands out. The flavor is light and refreshing—not too sweet—with a perfect balance of coconut and tropical notes. It tastes natural, not artificial, and actually hydrates without that syrupy aftertaste a lot of other drinks have. What I love most is that it’s low in sugar and only 20 calories, so I can sip it post-workout or just as a mid-day pick-me-up without feeling like I’m loading up on junk. Plus, it’s packed with potassium and electrolytes, which is exactly what I need after the gym or even just a long day. If you’re looking for a clean, crisp hydration drink with island vibes, this one hits the spot. I’ll definitely be stocking up!

Good flaavor

I wrote a review for the Peach Mango flavor which is my favorite. Strawberry Banana is my second favorite; however, it simply comes down to taste. Lemon Lime is my husbands’ favorite. We used to get no calorie drinks until deciding to have fewer additives in household. It is so tough to find quality drinks and food. Eliminating dyes and artificial ingredients, along with no seed oils…ie., it is impossible to keep up. Overall we probably could drink water, but I’ve never been a purely water-only person. Wish I were. This is low calorie. Not low calorie but have not seen a change in weight since switching.

This is my favorite sports drink thanks to the delicious flavor and low sugar. Tropical Coconut is my favorite flavor and it's never available in stores near me, so I bought a case from Amazon at around $20. This felt like a stretch since the other flavors run for around $10-$15, but I went for it anyway. Was not disappointed with the product at all! I AM disappointed that the price rose to $30 for a case!!! I can't justify spending so much per bottle, it's wild. I love this drink and it definitely helps me stay hydrated but I'll be buying elsewhere from now on. EDIT: apparently they discontinued this flavor which explains the prices! So sad, I left a comment on their website begging for it back

Body armour is hydrating, tasty and makes you want to keep drinking them. They are reasonable priced and natural ingredients so they seem very healthy compared to other sports drinks that contain harmful ingredients like dyes.
