Probably the brand and larger host used in most Catholic parishes. Yes, it’s probably what you see your parish priest holding up during Mass. It’s the whole wheat version. Still, the most important thing is what you know it becomes during the Mass, right? That’s why we need a special kind of bread: unleavened, made only of pure wheat flour and water. Host are stale both boxers. and taste disgusting they are not white either.
