EXCEPTIONAL!
I have taken MANY sleeping pills, prescription and non-prescription since 1984!! AND this medication gives me 8 hours sleep I have over slept many times, that has NEVER happened to me in 40 yrs! If my dog wakes me up at 2 or 3am I go back to sleep immediately!! I have no idea why this is working so well for me and the dozens I've tried in the past have not! My doctor asked me to bring in the box my next visit :-) However, I do feel it gives me a hangover for about an hour after I get up for the day.

The fat-soluble compound in ashwagandha can build up in your system
Its great but realize if you’re taking more than one to sleep you need to reconsider trying something else. For one you need to switch it up to something your body isn’t used to and two you can increase the sides you can get from ashwagandha. It can build up in your body and cause rashes, hair loss and even anxiety. Needless to say I had to stop taking it. And the half life of ashwagandha is tricky as there are two types of compounds in ashwagandha—fat-soluble and water-soluble. The water-soluble compounds leave your body between 2-3 days, while the fat-soluble ones may take a month to leave your body.
