These provide excellent light and have a very minimalist design. They are barely larger than the bulbs. The bulbs are completly enclosed in a frosted cover giving them a traditional florescent bulb look. They have a slotted hole at aech end to flush mount using two included screws. They also include "S" hooks, "J" screws, and chains if you want to hang them. They are very light weight, so you may have difficulty keeping them level if hung with chains. The weight of the power courd has to be attached to the chain just right (using included zip ties) to prevent imbalance. (BTW, be careful not to loose any hardware because no extras are included.) Each unit has an outlet in the oposite end from the power cord so you can link up to four units together using their built-in power cords. (Mfr. says not to use outlet for any other purpose.) Each unit can be controlled individually with pull chain or a linked set from a wall switch. It costs over $10 per bulb to convert old fixtures to LED. Buying multi-packs of these when on sale they came to about $12 per fixture and saved the labor of removing old balist and rewireing to convert old fixtures. Now, you know that not everything labeled "commercial" or industrial" actually is. These are perfect for residential use, but seem a bit light weight for commercial or industrial, but I'll leave that up to you. Overall, these are great and I highly recommend. And oh yes, they are American made too.

We bought these lights for our kitchen and dining room remodel in September 2022. I love the way they look with their slim design. They were easy to install and they are very bright. The fact that they dim is an extra bonus. One our our lights started flickering and then stopped working earlier this month (March 2024) I contacted customer support via email and they responded within minutes and sent a new light and several back ups just in case... Excellent customer service. We could not be happier with our purchase.

VERY easy install. i have the cool white, liked them so much, i ordered more and started replacing lights that were only 3 years old. Hardly any glare, the dispersion of the light is such that you don't need them to adjust angle. I have on smart dimmers (2-6 per dimmer) work flawlessly. Need hardly any space above ceiling to install. and the price on these is about the same as the BULBS for the can type lights. under my older can types i was going to have to install a couple more lights for the kitchen counter, with these...no need.

I only wish there was a 20 pack so I could have done all my lights! The dimming function on the lights is great, they'll dim so low you can barely tell they're on. I see no flickering at all and I always notice when a light is doing that. They would have went back immediately if they did. I bought the 3000K they are a clean bright white. I wish I'd bought the 2700K because I think they'd have been a closer match to traditional incandescent lights. Overall, they're a fantastic value and were really easy to install into my existing can/recessed lights. I would recommend to anyone even with very little mechanical aptitude.

Update: Seller contacted me and provided me with a list of compatible dimmers. My old ones weren't designed for LED. Lights work great now! These look nice and are easy to install. I was able to adjust to fit my light cans which are 5.5 inches. My issue is that they flicker on certain dimmer settings. A friend said this may be because my dimmers are over 20 years old. I am going to replace them and see if that does the trick.

I recently came across these amazing LED vanity bulbs for my bathroom, and they have made a significant impact on both my energy bills and the overall ambiance of the space. The plastic ball covering diffuses the light effectively, enhancing the overall appearance of my bathroom. You can see the difference in color from the regular bulbs I have on the ceiling. These bulbs match closer to the natural sunlight from outside with no yellowing effect. The only drawback worth mentioning is that they have a very slight delay when turning on after flipping the switch. However, this is not a problem for me and once they illuminate, they reach full brightness without any dimming or flickering issues. So far these bulbs have exceeded my expectations. My bathroom is super well-lit now and I think they are a worthy investment for any bathroom.

I don’t usually waste time writing reviews, but Sunco earned this one. Let me be brutally honest: these lights are the definition of “you get what you pay for,” and even that’s being generous. At first, I used Sunco only for budget jobs or for clients who are cheap as hell and not concerned about long-term quality. The recessed 4 inch slim LEDs seemed fine. Plastic junction boxes instead of metal, nothing impressive but whatever. Out of 400 installed over two years, only a few died early. Not great, but manageable. Then everything went downhill. Sunco randomly changed their connection style, which made old and new lights incompatible. That left me with stock I couldn’t mix or interchange on active projects. Terrible decision. But the wafer cans are the real disaster. I’ve had 9 fail in under two years out of 48. That is a pathetic failure rate. The drivers die constantly, the flicker is embarrassing, and the reliability is nonexistent. When lights start dying in homes you’ve already delivered, it’s your reputation that takes the hit, not Sunco’s. I’m done. Sunco wafer lights are garbage, the quality control is a joke, and their design changes show they don’t respect contractors or customers. Buy once, cry once, and avoid Sunco completely.

This purchase exceeded my expectations! The recessed lights have transformed my home, making it look absolutely stunning. I especially love the adjustable tone feature Worth the price And will definitely be buying more for upcoming project.
