What a great product. It works for muscle stiffness and pain along with swelling and bruising. I followed a couple times now really bad… I should’ve been black and blue from head to toe, but this stuff healed it so quickly I was light yellow, and then healed to the next day. Such a blessing, or else I would’ve had a blackeye 😆 I’m definitely restocking this once a month to always have it on hand

I had a back injury about a year ago, and through three rounds of physical therapy I can attest to the effectiveness of Arnica at relieving or at least significantly lessening intense pain. I am at the point where I can lift 40 pounds and can return to the gym to finish strengthening my lower back. Arnica helps with that too. I read places that this was a placebo, and that is just not true. When I run out of Arnica, the pain slowly starts to return and intensify. When I get back on Arnica, it may take a couple days to see the full results, but the relief can be felt with the first dose. Take 5 pills, 3x daily, under tongue, for best results. Also, try not to take immediately after a meal, wait at least 20 minutes. [Note: I am leaving this same review with multiple vendors because the product is the same, I just buy from the cheapest supplier, and have bought from many. I currently use 50m strength.]

I have been using arnica montana for months now, to help with pain and stiffness in my back from arthritis. This is the strongest variation of this natural product, as near as I can understand. I haven't been using this one, since I have a weaker variation that I am finishing up, but I have no doubt that this will help. The 30C that I am taking now doesn't take care of all of the pain if I over-exert myself, but I am hopeful that this 10M strength will be up to the job.
