I’ve dealt with an inflamed taste bud (those annoying little "lie bumps" on the tongue) that just wouldn’t go away—it was sore, swollen, and making eating miserable for days. By day two of the discomfort, I decided to try Oral-B Mouth Sore Special Care Oral Rinse after seeing it recommended for mouth irritations. I’m so glad I did! This mouthwash (hydrogen peroxide-based, alcohol-free, and with a soothing mint flavor) really delivered. I swished it a few times a day as directed, and it gently cleansed the area without that harsh burning feeling you get from some rinses. The inflammation started calming down noticeably within hours, and the soreness was mostly gone much faster than I expected. It left my mouth feeling clean and refreshed without any overpowering taste—just a nice, subtle mint that isn’t too strong. It’s specifically formulated for things like canker sores, cheek bites, braces irritation, and general oral/gum issues, so it makes sense it worked well on my taste bud problem too. No artificial dyes, parabens, gluten, or SLS either, which is a bonus if you’re sensitive to ingredients. If you’re struggling with a persistent sore spot in your mouth that won’t heal quickly, I highly recommend giving this a shot. It was a game-changer for me—definitely worth keeping in the medicine cabinet!

This mouthwash has a light pleasant taste with a soothing feel. There is a bubbling from the peroxide which is cleansing and promotes healing. I use it when my gums are sensitive or when I have that dry feeling. Sometimes regular mouthwash is abit too harsh. Good product.

I get irritations from my night guard or just biting my cheek. Before I used this, they would become painful and take a long time to heal. Now when I have an irritation I start using the Oral-B rinse right away and it clears up within a couple of days. This works better than hydrogen peroxide alone and tastes a lot better. It doesn't sting. I bottle it up in a small container whenever I travel.

Wow my canker sores were healed with-in 3 to 4 days and after only 2 days of using the product the pain started to go away. I recommend if you are prone to getting mouth sores this is a must have for your medicine cabinet.

I think it’s a really good mouthwash as a former Hygienist * but recently my tongue is so sore and sensitive to anything spicy or citrusy and I get mouth sores. So I’m was trying to get something without SLS and trust Oral-B. But this burns the heck out of my mouth. I need something mild -but this is a good mouthwash if you don’t have sensitivity and burning in your own mouth. I am sure it is a good product just burns a lot for sore tongue.

The stuff works great when I had a lesion on the inside of my mouth. I unfortunately have tori (bony growths inside my mouth on the backside of my teeth). They don't hurt anything as far as speaking or eating except for the fact that they can get poked and scratched easily by hard or crunchy foods. When this happens I can develop little sores that become painful. This mouth rinse I feel was super helpful in treating a recent lesion that was especially long-lasting and painful. Definitely recommend it for anyone that tends to get mouth sores. Would definitely be helpful for someone with braces and gum irritation those can inflict.

It is surely helping with the canker and tongue bites. Like any other you just need to be consistent with it.
