I am unable to fully rate this product since I would need to see improvement in my bones and I only recently began to take this supplement. I do like that the capsule in not overly large so I have no difficulty in swallowing. I also like that it includes many additional ingredients that are recommended by health experts. I also like that each capsule contains 700 mg of calcium so I need to consume less capsules to meet my health needs. All in all I am satisfied and hope and expect that I will see an improvement in my bone strength. Package arrived timely and in good condition which was a plus.

Good product, like that it contains K2 to deliver vitamin D to the bones!

No idea if it actually works or not but I can tell you I had bone grafting done to place 2 dental implants. Both grafts had failed. He had actually discouraged me from trying it a 2nd time but i persisted i want to try it again.. So the second time I decided to buy this supplement and started using apprx 2 weeks before surgery. Fast forward 6 months and my doc said the grafts look excellent!! Apparently I had grown plenty of healthy bone and bone was dense and able to hold both implants no problem ! He thought I had modified my diet + quit smoking but neither was true. I just added this and it made a difference for sure

Easy to swallow. Checked back in 2 years to see if effective and bone density maintained. BUT in looking to reorder I noticed the formulation changed and less potent, so not as effective. Sneaky... bait and switch. I will not be reordering. Now it is being sold half the potency in 2024 and now would require 6 capsules per serving to get the previous strength.

Broke my tailbone years ago and , even with exercise, it used to hurt when sitting for long periods of time. After taking this bone boost vitamin it stopped hurting after 2 weeks. Unbelievable! All these years of suffering and all I needed was to strengthen the bones in my lower back. Took Caltrate before but last bone scan showed that my bones were going from Osteopenia to full blown Osteoperosis. Decided to try this and bam it WORKS! Will have another bone scan in a couple of years but my guess is that they have gotten stronger becuase of pain subsiding.
