Comes in a large box, well packed. Easy to put together. Looks great, just waiting for weather to improve to start using it. We bought the cover to go with the suite and that appears to be good as well, all in all nice purchase and good value for money. The coffee table that turns into a dining table is a great idea

I purchased this set on the 31st October, which was a Saturday. But I was amazed that I received a call at 9am on the 2nd November to arrange a delivery for that week. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and warm and I know that my order was in good hands. On the 6 November, my order arrived fully packed in three boxes. Their driver phoned to let me know he was on route and was within the agreed delivery times. Despite being on his own, he helped me get the large and heavy boxes up my drive and into my garage. As we have finally finished building our Summer house, we unpacked the order, today. Everything is individually packaged and all parts were there, you can see it is well made. 95% off the furniture is already assumbled, but it was a little bit fiddly to put the arm on the side of the sofa and attach the table top, but it didn't take long to finish it and put on the cushions. The grey set is a beautiful colour, the cushions are thick and comfortable. The table is a good size and can be manually adjusted to a coffee or dining table. I would highly recommend buying from this company and after seeing the set put together, I can see why there are so many 5 star reviews.

They came 4 days early which I was very happy , 😁 this is very good quality and very comfortable . Just having trouble with getting the table lowerd to coffee table. But very pleased with it roll on summer

Very nice garden furniture will look lovely on my patio and a good price. My main issue was with the delivery, no notice that it was coming and some grumpy bloke dumped it outside my garage still on the pallet! Wouldn't take it inside, good job my son was home at the time to help move it into the garage otherwise I'd have had to leave it outside for hours! Very rude and poor customer service!

This set is just what we were looking for! Came in one very large and heavy box. We did not pay for assembly so the courier used a pallet truck to place it on our drive. We fathomed the easiest way to move it would be to open the box and carry the individual components into the house. As our new gazebo was not yet finished we had to store the furniture indoors until ready. The way in which all of the different parts were packed into one box is nothing short of amazing! Until we opened it we were convinced there must be another box missing but sure enough it was all there. Assembly of the furniture is straight forward, if a bit fiddly at times. Assemble instructions are poor, mainly because there are 2 different length screws but no instruction where the different sizes go! Hence time lost changing screws after assembly of some parts. Definitely easier with 2 people. However, once assembled we are delighted with the furniture. Nice thick seat cushions. The back rest cushions could perhaps be firmer but overall delighted!

It took 10days to arrive and the driver was very helpful. Set itself looks beautiful, but the quality is low. Back cushions doesn’t have proper support. To sit comfortably you definitely need more cushions or fill current cushions with more filling. Foot stools cushions doesn’t attach to the base meaning it keeps sliding around. Sofa corner pieces doesn’t attach to each other so it keeps sliding around and you have to move it back in place to look nice. I dont think this set would last long.

They were relatively simple to assemble and look good in my nook. They seem to be decent quality and they look so good.
