Amazing!
These are the only noodles that fit my lifestyle. These are gluten free, have no horrible ingredients and absorb the taste of whatever you are cooking. The rest of my family loves this also!

Best noodles ever
These are the best noodles I have ever had in my life and the price here was better than at my grocery store. It's always a dice roll how close the expiration date will be when ordering food from Amazon, but I'm thrilled to report that the expiration date on these is October 2027. Undoubtedly, they will not last that long, but it's excellent for the date to be so far out. They are also well-protected by the packaging since the packs are contained in a sturdy cardboard display container like you'd see at the store, so no noodle breakage in transit. The texture of these noodles is really amazing and there's a very subtle sweetness to them that contrasts amazingly with a savory sauce or broth.

Great Option For One Ingredient
For one ingredient these are excellent. They don't have a strong flavor (you can use them in whatever flavored dish you need to). They cook nicely and they reheated the same as regular noodles that have a ton of ingredients. The only thing that threw me off, which is is totally a personal issue, is the fact that they are so smooth they almost felt slimy to me. When they are freshly cooked the first 5 minutes they are that super smooth, almost slimy texture, then it calms down and almost sets? Still a great option regardless.

Gooey goodness.
I loved making this, it took around 10 minutes to get it to the texture I like and pairs really well with curry as it absorbs the flavor. One pack is a good serving size for two individuals, I use the noodles for quick meals when I don’t feel like really cooking. Definitely good quality and worth the money I paid.

Absolutely Addicted!
These Korean glass noodles are springy, slurpable, and somehow always manage to make me feel like I put more effort into cooking than I actually did. They soak up sauce like they’ve been training for it, stay chewy without turning mushy, and instantly upgrade whatever vegetables I forgot about in the fridge. Reliable, tasty, and dangerously easy to eat an entire bowl without realizing it. I'm addicted!

My go to noodle
They don't have a flavor of their own really but if you cook them in broth or sauce they're super yummy. Their texture is more like a gummy than wheat noodles but I like that. Hardy noodles that fill you up and are gluten free so I don't have to make multiple meals.

Great healthier alternative to rice noodles
2nd time ordering cause they’re so good! Great for a quick and easy meal (only needs to be boiled for 6 mins). I love that these are gluten free but are made from sweet potato starch rather than rice.
