It's a large container for a low price per serving, but it's also good. I was concerned because I've had issues with organic cinnamon - the natural oils keep it from mixing easily in liquid. That's not an issue here - I use a small amount of flavored liquid creamer (French Vanilla) for an initial paste, and the cocoa butter blends well. When I then add warm coffee, it dissolves in easily. (The cinnamon only dissolves in hot liquid, not warm, and it still wants to float and settle rather than staying in suspension.) And when I top it off with some half-and-half, it becomes rich and chocolatey. I got it for health benefits, since studies show it helps clear out cholesterol from arteries, but this makes for just great-tasting coffee. After thoughts: I haven't tried it in cold milk, maybe someone else can give a review along those lines, to see how it does for chocolate milk. Writing this review, I want to see if it may act as an emulsifier to help the cinnamon stay in suspension - cinnamon and chocolate are good together.

Way more tasty than chocolate syrups! I add a teaspoon to my coffee. It makes delicious chocolate milk.

Seems to be very good cacao (first time trying it). I'm using it for vascular health, taking it with water and raw honey. Great price for the amount you get. Any other brand would have to go a long way to talk me out of buying more of this.

I’m switching to organic products as much as possible. This product fit all my requirements. I used to bake homemade sourdough double chocolate muffins. The taste from the cocoa was excellent. It dissolved easily. The price for this size of a bag was great. Much cheaper than my local grocery store. I am looking forward to more baking with it. I would buy it again.

This stuff is fabulous! incredible flavor, mixes great in Hot Water or Milk...recommend heating both before trying to mixing. I use this in my Coffee, Protein Shakes, and just as Hot Coco. I do use Organic Monk Fruit Powder to sweeten my drinks.
