Just-in-case replacement item
This is a just-in-case replacement item that we ordered to have on hand. We had a problem with our pump last month and paid over $100 for a service call and the bad tube. The worker showed my husband how to replace the tube and showed him the important info to buy this particular tube.

It is an OEM product that was delivered quickly. My first replacement tube. It was more difficult to install than estimated. It was helpful I downloaded the manual for the pump to get the step-by-step instructions. My supply tube had cracks and leaked air so I replaced it. I am not sure whether this #2 tube needed replacement but I decided to do it at the same time.

How soft is water
I like this product it lasted longer than the last two. I have had to replace these pieces of plastic at least two times in 3 years. You get about 6-8 months before they spring a leak. This is a consumable item. It best to buy them in bulk.
