Touch Screen HDMI 15-Inch POS TFT LCD Touchscreen POS Monitor

Very good item

The POS touch screen is working fine but the power adopter blew out the first time we connected it to the power. I had to buy a new power adopter since we are not in the USA for US$50.00 and I don't think that the warranty covers outside the US. Other than that it is working fine.

This is a replacement touchscreen for my existing POS. It's easy to install and the screen is very clear. I would say it's better than the brand name touchscreen that I had replaced. Good buy.

Bought two of these to use in a seasonal restaurant POS setup... I only got a couple of months out of each unit. One touch screen completely stopped working and only functions as a monitor now. The other one might as well be junk, because if anyone touches the bezel on the monitor it stops reading the touches until someone twists and squeeze on the bezel to get it to start reading again. I would give it zero stars if I could. Stand wobbles like a bobblehead...You need one hand holding it steady to be able to read the screen. Cables are permanently attached so they can not be swapped if something happens to them. Cheap product, poor quality. Would look great in a dumpster!

Works for the price

We are using this unit with a personal computer running Windows XP. It is a workhorse! It is understandable why it is still in use at so many commercial point-of-sale applications. Wife has a severe non-essential tremor and can no longer use a mouse with either hand. This unit solved her problem and she has already logged many hours on the unit with no difficulty. It is definitely five stars for our application.

The product was received quickly. It was easy to install. There was no issues with the drivers. Thank god. However the length of the cord that connect to the desktop is very short and the picture quality is very low. It works though so i can't complain. :)

Works good, nice and bright ,installation was easy .

First unit I ordered was defective. No problems returning it and reordered. The second unit came it and is current being used, but it has some issues. 1. There seems to be no way to adjust the sensitivity of how hard to touch the screen to make the touch screen work and you have to press it pretty hard. So hard in fact the monitor moves when you touch it "or in this case push it!". 2. Also when turned off and then turned back on the monitor flickers for 20-30 seconds prior to it settling down to a stable screen. Although the price is right I probably would not order this touch screen unit again.

Revised: have not been able to abjust touch setup. Staff have hard time with it. Great deal . As described and came with all the cables. IT also mounted on stand with matching g mounting screws from previous unit

This product is an easy setup. I own a photo booth company and have used it now for 2 events and the monitor works great.

generally impressed, for the price... I had to do the 9 point calibration the 4 point was way off! I also noticed the calibration is not terribly accurate near the bezel around the screen, also the bezel does not meet the screen surface all the way around. but for the price it works good, not sure how the screen will last long term so far it only has a few hours on it being used for a POS system.
