Extra thick pad, one side has a thin glossy surface so it will last longer. Seems a bit hard but after using they are a great buy and offer relief for my knees. Size of the pad is good also, they may slip around a bit when first using but after some use they don't move. I would recommend this pad for the price also, 2 for what some are charging for 1. Dont look anymore just buy it.

It arrived quickly and was exactly what I expected.

These were ordered for me by my wife to keep my knees off the concrete while working on cars. They work so well and have been such a huge help in keeping my pain to a minimum after a day in the garage. They hold up to the water and oil and other liquids they get exposed to while I'm working. I would highly recommend these!

These pads are firmer/harder than others in my experience - therefore a little less comfortable.

Very helpful to use when dealing with projects that require kneeling or sitting on the floor. Had cabinet project that required me to sit like a pretzel to drill and mount hardware inside under the sink plumbing etc. saved me a lot of pain and grief. Well worth having in advance of starting your project.

These pads seem heavy-duty and durable over the ones found in discount stores. One in my can and another for the old rv. Old knees really need these and if you take care of them, they should last forever.
