This is a wonderful toy that helps my kids learn their shapes, colors, and patterns! While homeschooling it has been great to use!

These were a good learning tool

I bought this for my four year old son and he really enjoys it. It comes with flash cards with the pattern and they are big enough to place the tiles on to create the image. He also can use the tiles alone to repeat the pattern on his own. The level of difficulty is also listed on the card. Cards and tiles came with a holding bag when not in use. Cards seem like they will be pretty durable, as they are heavy stock, but not laminated. Tiles are small, so I would recommend for older kids or under direct supervision.

Was a gift. Great for young kids. Had something similar at a place I was teaching, and kids love them. Bought this for my grandkids.

FABULOUS SET FOR TANGRAMS! YOU WILL NOT REGRET A PURCHASE! Comes with a non-woven drawstring bag for the cards (the box it come in is a sturdy one perfect for storing the set as it comes.) The wooden, painted pieces come in a zip lock bag. This works great for storage for a while, but switch it out for a quart FREEZER ziplock and you'll be set for a lifetime. I did tangrams as a "gifted" student back in the 80's so I like to incorporate the tangram activity into my homeschooling program. This set is GREAT as a starter, young gifted student set that ALL children can enjoy. Buy it NOW! It will make you and you child feel smarter right away!

Love the size and durability of the cards and pattern blocks! I have a 5 and 3 year old that both enjoy using this set—they use the cards and then we have fun creating our own pattern sets. Enough pattern blocks to allow kids and I to use at the same time. Great product that we have also gifted to others. We had a couple of blocks that stuck together. I reached out to 3 Bees and they promptly replied back and sent replacement parts. Seriously awesome customer service and fantastic pattern set for schooling or fun.

Just what I was looking for!! The wooden shapes are perfect size and not too small! My daughter loves this and she's 2 1/2 gives her a good challenge, all different cards with different levels of difficulty. If you want your child to expand their mind and be a little thinker, get them toys like this, instead of ones that just light up and make noise or phones and tablets! But to each their own, no judgement here! Love toys like this I see so many amazing things from my daughter with so many benefits to sticking with toys like this, such as Montessori toys! This is a really well made set of tangram puzzles and wooden pieces. It is helpful for me to see pros and cons when I do reviews so here are mine: I love that this encourages kids creativity and has an educational value to it. It gets them thinking and using their brain instead of just sitting there watching tv. Plus this helps with hand eye coordination. The cards are bigger than others I've seen -- big enough that the kids can put the puzzle pieces directly onto the cards if they want or build the puzzles separate from the cards. The pieces are wooden and not plastic. I like them playing with wooden toys whenever possible instead of plastic. There is a storage bag included so it makes for easy clean up and easy carry. We can take it to restaurants so it gives them something to do while we wait. This is a good toy for kids from probably 3 to 10 or 11 to play with, but wouldn't be appropriate for kids who still put things in their mouths. It is a good quality set, and makes a good gift.
