These definitely help with my lower knee pain from walking. It's not a cure but they are giving support to the area just below my knees that hurt when I'm laying down for sleep. I wear them while walking during the day and take off in the evening and find that this area is less painful during the nights when I've worn them during the day. If this area is very painful at night these supports work well to LOOSELY hold an ice pack in place for the 15-20 minutes needed to help with the pain and swelling, however it is recommended that you DoNot wear these at night, so I just occasionally use them to keep the ice pack from falling off my upper shin area.

I bought these to replace the ones my doctor provided as the Velcro on those gives out quickly. It appears to adhere well but not as snug as the old ones I had. I will continue to use them, as they provided pretty good support today during my pilates class. Plus they are a pretty color! I'm so tired of black!

I borrowed one from a friend and had great relief from a sore knee. Loved it and bought the same brand. It has a Velcro hold and padding for comfort and fit.

Fantastic! I hate the way that a full knee brace feels, too claustrophobic and sweaty. This is perfect. It holds my patella - which is grade 4 bone on bone with no stability at all due to ligament tears - in place all day with minimal sensory issues. You need to put in on when you leg is straight and relaxed, on a couch or bed, and then you have full day hold. I am going to try and make a small “scrunchie” like thing to go over the straps so there is just a bit less pressure on the Velcro to skin area.

They work better than the other ones that cover your whole knee

Got this for my brother to help with his knee pain. They worked but he replaced them a few weeks later. Not as comfortable as they could have been.

The rough part of the velcro is bigger than the base part and cuts into the skin....cannot wear on bare skin and velcro is not strong enough to wear over leggings
