Product arrived missing one of the three pulls. They are held on by a thin O ring. The hyperglide freehub body that comes on the Neo 2T has three, so if you're missing a pull as well you have a few extra to use. 30 second fix; be careful not to bend the O ring. Missing pull should of been caught by shipper prior to sending out, but not worth losing a star over.

Defective product (and not the first customer with the same issue)
I usually don’t leave reviews, but in this case I have a duty to. A previous reviewer mentioned that the item came with one of the three metal pulls missing. I did not know about this and almost permanently damaged the freehub, the SRAM cassette I bought for it, the Neo 2T and my road bike! Please be on the lookout for this. If you did not already check for this, the tell tale signs are that you’ll find that you’re unable to install the cassette flush against the body of the trainer, and that the cassette wobbles when you spin it. But you’re better off checking from the start that the pull is NOT missing. This is completely unacceptable that something like this is shipped to multiple customers!

Took a risk; missing pawls
Missing pawls. Ordered a replacement. Other reviews warned me. Just don’t be surprised if it’s missing.

I am really disappointed, I received this part missing one of the three pulls and it's not comfortable with my trainer 😔 I tired to use it with 2 pulls but not the correct size , I lose money of this and I can't refund it 😔
