These Pentel EnerGel refills write smooth and consistent with no skipping. The ink flows clean, dries fast, and the 0.7mm tip feels just right. Easy to swap in and they last a good while. If you use EnerGel pens, these refills are dependable and worth keeping on hand.

I've used these for the past few years to refill my Inkjoy pens and they work great! It's so nice to not have to buy a brand new pen every time the ink runs out. I was thrilled these fit my Pentel pens AND my Inkjoy pens. I've lost count how many times I"ve reordered these.

The navy blue ink in 0.7mm is really smooth and typical of Pentel Energel brand. Does a better job than Schmidt and Parker rollerballs. Even this beats Parker G2 gel. Very reliable and does not skip like Parker G2 gel refill or Schmidt rollerball refill. Even if you rested your palm on paper, it can write over without skipping.

These are exactly as expected. Easy refill. The only issue I had was that it is a little hard to differentiate the colors on the computer (I wanted the darker brown and get the lighter).

Pentel EnerGel are the best pens ever! I have them in many colors and 3 tips -- 0.3, 0.5, and 0.7. The 0.3 "Ultra-Fine" or "Extra-Fine" is great for writing long checks or other small detail work, and the fine line means they last a long time. The 0.7 "Medium" is a smooth-writing, everyday pen, though the thicker line means they run out of ink a bit quicker -- keep refills on hand! The 0.5 "Fine" is an in-between that is suitable for most "fine" needs, but is not as quick-writing as the 0.7, in my opinion. I have not tried the 1.0 "Bold," but I expect it would be a very thick line and run out quickly. These are the only pens I use now. I keep them all around the house, and refill rather than buy whole new pens. I love that Pentel makes refills available even for their non-standard colors! I love using Indigo (blue-black) instead of standard blue, and Sepia (brown-black) instead of standard black, and I love Violet (dark purple) especially! All those are dark enough to read and copy well, as an alternative to blue or black ink. (However, note that "Brown" is a lighter and warmer true brown, and not the same color as "Sepia.")
