Slick if a little limited
I got this to replace a more all-purpose scale and in general I love it. It looks beautiful and works extremely well for making coffee. I've been using it for months and it's become a pleasant and trouble-free part of my routine. You can also turn off the beep, which is great if you don't want to disturb others in the morning. The USB-C charging is also awesome and should be standard everywhere by now. It's also very compact, which saves space. There are some small downsides though. This scale doesn't really work for cooking. It only measures in grams, so if you want to use this for measuring ounces, you'll have to do conversions. Because it is so small, you also can't read the display if you put a large bowl on top to measure something like flour for baking. I just use a cheaper kitchen scale for those purposes, but be aware that isn't a do-it-all scale. One very small annoyance I have is that when you tare the scale, sometimes it takes a second to get down to zero. It works every time, but it would be nice if it was more seamless. Nonetheless it's hard to beat the features and design at the price. I have no regrets after buying this.

Perfect! Nice item
I love this product, I have been using it for months and I have only recharged it twice. What I like most about this product is that it turns off automatically after several minutes, which makes the battery last much longer. It is also very precise and has a timer that starts the timer running as soon as the extracted coffee falls into the cup and I like that a lot. It also has very easy-to-use functions that are indicated in the manual. I can recommend this product 100%. It seems that the quality is also very good because I have been using it for months as I mentioned before and I still have no problems.

Accurate, easy to use and a great value
The range of prices of coffee scales is wide. $20 - $200+. Crazy. I had no convenient way to look at these scales myself so watched some videos and read descriptions and reviews here on Amazon and other places. I'm using this to measure coffee beans and then the weight/ratio of my espresso shot. The key features for me was accuracy, 0.2g or better and reasonable speed and sensitivity to a small change in coffee. The Acaia Pearl S is highly rated, it better be as it costs about three times as much. It has more features and a connected app. I really didn't need that. The accuracy and the response time specs were the same between the two scales so I tried my luck with the Timemore. This scale looks great. It is easy to use once you figure out where to press the invisible buttons (leave the plastic with the buttons marked on to get the hang of it). It seems very responsive with a change in weight of much less than a second. It is noted that the accuracy is +/- 0.1g. However that doesn't mean it will weigh 0.1 gram. Minimum weight is 0.5g. Some people don't get that and get upset when on bean by itself doesn't register. My espresso machine already has a timer but I did like the automatic timer. I played with it some but then just used my espresso machine to time and the scale to measure the ratio of the shot. Bottom line, it works very well, as advertised, looks great, easy to use, and is a great value.

Scale is sometimes unstable
The scale, when it is working correctly, is great. It seems that it has as much trouble waking up in the morning as I do. Often it just works but it occasionally doesn't want to stay zeroed out, either when first turned on or after I put something on it and zero that out. After a while it seems to settle down but that is usually after I am done brewing my first cup of coffee. It is fast enough to measure the coffee as it comes out of the espresso machine and does a good job of measuring the weight of ground coffee in the portafilter. I found that the portafilter almost always weighs the same and it happens to 480g so I don't zero the scale for that. For measuring the amount of coffee, I found I really need to use zero function because the cup varies up to 4g depending on whether it is damp, wet, or totally dry. What is annoying is that when I first turn it on the weight wanders around. I'll zero it and it pops up negative or positive by 2g to 5g or so. Do it again, and it repeats the error. If I turn it off then on, it sometimes starts working correctly but other times it just wants to be unstable. While I can mentally deal with the error, using the timer is a problem. If it goes positive after I zero it, the timer starts immediately. If it goes negative, the timer won't start until the weight gets to 0. Either way, using the timer to back up the weight during a extraction often doesn't work very well. Overall I am happy with the scale. Compared to the ones that cost close to $200, it does the job for a reasonable price.

Amazing tool for pulling shots
If you have a nice espresso machine and grinder, you will need a good scale to measure the amount of coffee you’re putting into your Portafilter and also ideally the amount of espresso coming out. Generally people say you want to aim for a 1:2 ratio, so 18g coffee for a double shot and about 33-36g espresso coming out, aiming for a 20-25 second extraction. I am no expert but this is what I have read and am practicing. Along with a WDT stirring device, adding this scale has helped me enormously. The scale is much larger than the cheaper one I have used for 15 years. This means I can rest my Portafilter on it if I want to, or the cup I am pulling my shot into, and it doesn’t wildly change readings. No matter where I put the item on the scale, it gives the same reading. This is great. The shot timer is great and very helpful. $59 seemed a lot to pay for a scale but it is really worth it. It’s so much better than the $15 or so scale I was using before. Should’ve got this a long time ago. Apparently you can get better scales but at double or quadruple the price. That isn’t necessary for me. This does the job just fine. It seems accurate to .1g which is good enough for me.
