Easy to use, easy to install when following instructions. It looks great and the quality so far. I was looking for something that would match the door handle and other black pieces in the bathroom, so this worked out great. The hardware was included but I ended up using my own hardware.

Update: returned the 33" inch towel bar for a 30" inch towel bar. The return was straight forward. The 30" inch towel bar worked great for my needs. I ended up using the self-driving anchors that came with the kit as I didn't have studs to anchor the screws. Tip: When installing the self driving anchor, drill a decent size hole so the pointed tip and initial grove is able to get in easily, then apply pressure using a phillips screw driver while turning clock wise slowly to install the anchor so that the pointed tip doesn't break. Initial review: Very sturdy towel bar. Pretty wide, works well for towels in my house. Even when drying 2 wet towels the bar doesn’t sag. There is enough gap between the towels to enable drying. While it comes with instructions, it would help if it came with a template to enable easy install. I ended up making one myself to help with precise installation. I installed one and then realized my other bathroom didn’t have enough space, in the sense the door wouldn’t open fully with this installed. So I am returning it. I should have paid attention to the dimensions more before buying. So ensure your bathroom has 33” wide and 5.5” depth for this towel bar before buying.

This towel bar looks nice and is strong when installed properly. The double bar aspect is very useful. This product is easy to mount, and came with numerous types of plastic anchors. The instructions provided are generic, for use with other products (extra instruction that you do not need), but they spelled out the simple bracket installation fairly well. I measured twice (many times actually, cross checking distances), drilled four holes, tapped four plastic anchors flush with the wall, secured the wall brackets with four screws, held the towel bar over the brackets, and secured the bar with two grub screws (and hex key) provided. You will need a pencil, tape measure, level, drill, philips screw driver, proper drill bit/dia, damp cloth and vacuum for this job.

This towel bar works well if you have limited space but want to hang multiple towels. It came with all the necessary hardware and was simple to install. We’ve had this for almost two years and it’s still firmly secured and hasn’t tarnished in any way. The stainless matches perfectly with our other stainless bathroom fixtures.

Product was previously ordered by me and is being used. I ordered another identical one but the product delivered to me is 3 inches smaller than the one purcased. The usable space is 30", 33" full length in the product description. The one I got is 30" full length, 27" usable space.
