Very nice teak shower bench for the price. The wood looks good and it feels sturdy once assembled. The tools were included which made setup convenient. Assembly was mostly straightforward, but I did have to loosen the leg bolts after tightening them so I could install the bottom shelf. Once I did that and tightened everything again, it came together perfectly. Overall I’m very happy with it and it looks great in the bathroom. The extra shelf is a nice touch for towels or shower items. The only thing that could make assembly even easier would be mentioning the shelf step in the instructions.

I looked at the expensive assembled teak benches and comparable cheaper and slightly more expensive ones requiring assembly. I am not a wood expert, but the top bench, legs, and shelf frame appear to be solid teak. The assembly was easy and quick, with steel bolts and lock washers for predrilled countersunk holes for the seat and leg connections and wood screws with predrilled holes for the lower shelf (and notches in the legs for the shelf, so nice support). All weight-bearing is on these wood components and steel bolts (2 for each leg, with 8 total). Wood looks nice with no cracks or damage. I sat on it (I'm 175 lbs) and it felt solid. NIce weight but easy to lift and move with bench handles. Nicely designed rubber feet keep it sitting evenly with no rocking on shower tile floor. We will oil it and dry it off after shower use, but it so far seems like a good choice for a shower bench.

This bench is solid, attractive, and does not wobble...unlike me at 6 a.m. Assembly was easy. It looks way more expensive than it was. I sit on it dramatically while water rains down, as if I’m in a shampoo commercial or having an emotional breakthrough. 10/10 would sit again.

Very happy with the product build and material used but the finish leaves a little to be desired. Areas of the seat were rough, suggesting that the wood was not final-sanded very well, or that application of the finish was inconsistent; perhaps a combination of both. That said, it is overall a nice looking piece of furniture and was easy to assemble in about 15 minutes once I was able to identify which screws and bolts went where. The instructions and parts list are almost impossible to read with the naked eye, but were legible once I took a picture of them and magified it.

This bench works great for me because of having my knees replaced. Now I can wash my feet without worrying about falling. The bottom of the legs have good non skid pads on them. The weight makes stability a non issue and the company included extra screws which were of good quality. The construction was extremely easy. Highly recommend this for anyone with a large enough shower.

I purchased this 3 1/2 years ago and initially just left 5 stars but without a review. I loved it and the way it looked but hadn’t had it long enough (at the time) to write a solid review. I meant to come back to it but forgot. I recently had a friend stay over and asked for the link bc she wants one and realized I never left a review. Most important thing about this review (in my opinion due to it being the reason I ordered it) is it’s ability to hold 350 lbs. For the first 2 years, I used this product daily and weighed 330-350 lbs. I purchased it not only because of how it looked but also because of the weight it could hold. Being so overweight, I found myself sitting to shower A LOT. (I have since lost about 185 lbs! Yay!) Since losing weight, I still use it a lot because I just like to sit, not because I have to like before. It is just as sturdy now as it was the first day I assembled it! It is very stable still and does not even wobble. As with anything that stays in the shower, it will start to mildew over time (unless you dry it after every use.. which I’m too lazy to do lol). I use an old hand towel and it just wipes off easily. Nothing is actually in the wood so you not have to worry about black mold building up and never being able to get rid of completely. There are a love of small, open spots (like through the slates of wood) that are a little difficult to get to to clean. For that, I have cheap or old toothbrushes I use and it comes off. It is very light and I can move it around my shower as needed (I have a shower only and while it’s not small, it’s also not large). I also sometimes take it out of the shower and use it when I’m blow drying my hair. It can function as a tool to use in the shower and out. Overall, I have to say I would definitely buy this again if needed and 100% recommend it to friends! I’ll try to remember to take pics and upload later.

I love the design and utility of this bench. I've used it for 2 years and it's holding up well. I can sit on it and can also store my hair products on the bottom shelf. I clean it occasionally with Dow bathroom foam cleaner. There might be another product that's better for the wood - like Murphy's Wood Soap.

Pretty solid wood and i would have given 5 stars if not because of the small chip off. Not sure its due to quality or delivery.

This has been a great stool and I have used it for many more things than intended. Great for the bathroom - I can sit comfortably and shave. I can put it in the shower while I wash off I want to sit. I can have somewhere to sit while I dry off if I want to take my time. I do towel dry the stool after to help keep it in good condition. It has also been used as a step stool to reach high cabinets (I don't recall the load rating, but I'm about 50kg), used as a night stand before the actual night stand made it's way over while moving, a bench seat while putting shoes on, and storage for shoes on the lower rack. Right now it is near my bedroom door as somewhere to put my bag. It's a great height, sturdy, pretty, comfortable, and feels good quality. Fast delivery, and easy assembly. I like it enough that I'm bothering to write this review. Nit picks: There is a small unsanded portion of wood on the side of one of the bar for the seat. It's not an area I touch, so the nuisance is minor and visual, unless you poke it on purpose. It would be nice if there were some kind of cover caps for the screw holes

Très beau et solide

Purchased this product for my mother to use in her new bathroom and upon delivery the box was badly damaged. When I opened the box i found that the bottom shelf had been damaged with a chunk of wood missing from the corner and side meaning it could not be fitted. One of the legs was also damaged with a deep dent and scratch. As I did not find a way of being able to contact the seller thru Amazon I left a review saying the item was damaged during delivery. I had a very quick response from the company apologising for the condition the item arrived in and an offer to replace. They were quick to respond, courteous, kind and thoughtful and a replacement item was received very quickly. I cannot praise their customer service highly enough. As for the item itself, it is a really lovely piece of furniture in its own right and is just as pictured and described. There are no sharp edges in need if any attention and was easy to assemble. It’s robust in the shower and doesn’t move when sat on and we are really pleased with the product. Thank you again to everyone involved in resolving the problem, you have been a wonderful company to deal with.

Absolut toller Duschstuhl. Fühlt sich sehr luxuriös an! Ab und zu mal wieder fester schrauben. Echt super!
