I bought these for my husband who isn’t an avid biker, but our 15 yr old son runs XC & he likes to bike on the weekends with dad. They usually do 3-4 miles but have been known to ride 10 miles.. so not a lot comparative to hard core bikers, but 3-4 miles on a seat can be painful.. even if you have a gel seat. Dad was getting all kinds of SORE, so I thought about some padded shorts for his “parts”. I read many reviews, and while these were a bit pricey for a pair of bike shorts, I did want to protect my interests 🙃 so I opted for these shorts. He loves these shorts! Says there’s no more soreness and they fit well. He wears them with regular gym type shorts over them but they fit nice and tight and don’t ride up on him. Padding works wonders he says! He usually hand washes them in the sink after he goes on a ride- and they dry hanging up pretty quickly. All in all a great pair of shorts and a worthwhile purchase!

I am mountain bike about three days a week and was looking for a second pair of shorts. Typically wear 34X 34 pants, but I ordered a XXL In these shorts and they fit perfectly. The seat pad is larger than I expected, but works well and provides a lot of Comfort.

These are the first pair of bike shorts that's I've ever bought or worn and overall I really like them. They make riding my mtb way more enjoyable on longer rides. I use my mtb mostly for getting around and not really for the intended purpose so I am not sure how they fair when you're actually riding on a mountain. My only complaint is that the cushioning sits a little forward and it's a bit uncomfortable in the genital area. Not to the point where I would stop using them but you definitely can't wear them all day.

Better than i expected. I've only done a couple of rides of 25 and 30 miles. Pad in these shorts is outstanding and the compression is good. I feel like these shorts will work on rides of 50 miles or more. Pad is better than the one in my $150 PI riding shorts. If i could order these in all black with smaller logo's, i would order more. Not really into the large graffics, but at this price i'll deal with it. The legs stay put and the waistband does a great job. They seem as well made as anything else but i won't comment on durability until I've worn and washed them several times. I'd buy several pairs of these before dropping $150 on a pair from my LBS again.

True to the 3000+ 4.5/5 star reviews. It is very comfortable, but as always, size is very subjective to everyone. Although it is extremely comfortable, I feel for my shape it could be slimmer, particularly the padding for the nose part. I’ve only used for one ride, 40 mile so can’t comment too much. I will have to mention that this upgrade, along with new tires and saddle, made for the most comfortable ride yet to date. Not sure it was chafing my right buttocks, but felt like something was. I can get this fix from seller but I think overall it’s not worth the trouble and this will do just fine. 5/5 for padding comfort. Fits me very well and I’m 5’3”.

I have other Sponeed shorts and I like them. Well padded and stylish. These were a super low price, took a chance and satisfied.

so i got these biker shorts for my husband and he loved them the size was as expected the material really nice fitted him perfect he love the color the padded area of seating was very comfy as expected

I am 5-9,150 lbs with a 32-inch waist. Normally I would wear a medium but these were large and fit perfectly. I have written in these perhaps 6 - 8 * 4 perhaps 100 miles. My only concern when getting them initially was the very large pad, I thought it was too much. But with my first ride I never even thought about it wild riding, even though it is definitely the thickest padding I've ever owned. Always hand wash these and I think they'll treat you well. Sewing and quality look to be above-average.

So much comfortable than the more expensive ones!
