Resistance bands allow for progressive resistance. This is what makes them different from dumbells and weights. Plus, the fact that they are relatively cheaper and easy to carry around make them an ideal fitness gear.Also, you do not have to fear injuries from falling weights. One important fact that prospective buyers should know is that you need to buy different bands to complete the set. That means 4 different bands each with a different color - Red, Violet, Green and Blue. All combined, the cost comes to about Rs. 2500 (?) I purchased the four and believe me it is value for money.

I got this band few days back, I have been using this from past week. The band quality is good and also the resistance is on the higher side. For beginners, I would like to sugget to go with less resistance band. This band is for intermediate or higher level of exercise.

This band is made from quality material that is durable, strong and rigid. No worries of breakage or tear if stretched longer or harder. I have been using it regularly for more than an year and it is still going strong. Love it and seeing better results in shorter periods than training with weights. As with any band, try not to tie it around rough edges and preferably use an anchor. If no anchor, take an old T-shirt or a rag cloth and tie edges together to form a loop. Insert the knot between door and door frame to lock in place and tie the band through the loop. Care tips; wipe off sweat stains with a cloth after every workout (occasionally with a damp one). To remove tough stains if any, soak in mild detergent for a while and rinse off with water and dry in the shade or in the sun for an hour and not more.

Not at all good..... Highly elastic, doesn't hold any strength. I am very dissatisfied. Forget about pull up assistance, even it doesn't help in stretch exercises. Also it comes with a "no return" condition. I am surprised, how it is listed under Amazon basics category. Amazon Team....please please take a note of this

This one is a really good product. Helped me master pull ups. Does help me with lot other workouts like resistant band pushups as well.

I'm writing this review 4 years after buying it and it has lasted well and feels like new. This is best product you are going to get at this price range! It's like a pocket gym! It works so well for both beginners and professionals, the resistance it gives is just fabulous. We can do all the gym type workouts with these! They look small but they are very effective! A must buy!

Exactly what you’d expect. Using for physio exercises, they work great. Tension grade between bands is appropriate.

Very inferior product. Total waste of money. Gave up after one attempt. Had to buy better product.
