I knew these were the cheap sets when I got them. I bought these finger cymbals/zills for my belly dance students in class because they wanted to learn and did not want to invest a lot of money in the beginning. Very tinny sound due to the thinness of thee metal as expected, however the tones in each cymbal are consistent for and 'play' nicely to keep a steady rhythm. The elastic in the single hole can be replaced or pulled up and the loops made smaller with a small safety pin underneath (does not affect the sound). Overall pleased with these as a starting point to learn to play zills with dancing and can be used with children learning music.

I needed finger cymbals for a choir I was directing. I was a little hesitant because I was not sure what the quality of the sound would be. i was surprised at how pleasant the sound was for the price. I would definitely buy again.

The sound quality of these is lovely ang light. They are well built. They are a beautiful, shiny bronze/gold color. I bought these because the last time I went to Epcot at Walt Disney World. I was going through Morocco and they were selling them for a ridiculous amount of money. I did buy them and promptly lost them. I bought these to replace the ones I lost so that I would have them to play when I was in Morocco at Epcot. Elastic fastener is a little tricky and not quite snug enough. Otherwise lovely.

Cymbals themselves are ok but the elastic ties that go around your fingers don't do the job! Poor quality. You'll probably need to replace the elastic with something more sturdy.

I've used these, so can't return. But they don't ring easily (or much) - and the straps are coming undone after only about two weeks mild use.

I really like the sound . Its for my belly dance class. Very light and loud

Our beginners are enjoying using the zills great for beginners to practice with.

I'm an adult musician so my hands are pretty strong but these are hard to use. The elastics are sometimes not properly secured, it's hard to get them to stay on your fingers... and the sound you get off them is not very nice. Too metallic and "clicky", not "twinkly" enough... bought this for a kids party and there is no way average kids could have fun with these without getting frustrated. Not happy but I have missed the return window so now am stuck with these things.... 😆
