It's a pretty dry read, but it will give you everything you truly need for Project Management.

It’s a little bit frustrating when you spend £55 on a book for it to look like it’s been rained on and kicked up the street. Thankfully the pages are in good condition.

Amazing book with so much information on what is required for managing projects. I like the way the information provided and how they are linked to the PMBOK guide which is very important for those who would like to take the PMBOK exam. The book is well written (easy to understand and follow). I like the examples, tips, exercises, illustrations, tables, etc. One very good thing about this book is that it gives a lot of case studies which is one of the best ways to learning. This is a book that must have for those who needs to understand the basic and more about Projects management and about being a Project Manager. In fact, I would recommend to read (and even study it) this book before you take or given the responsibility to manage projects.

This book offers further insights into the world of project management tools and techniques and augments the PMBOK concepts with some practical and useful information about their application through the knowledge of an experienced professional.
