Works great on SP11. Small and compact- easy to pack in a small laptop bag. Just pair it with a USB-C charging cable and you are set. Great value. Compatible with my SP8 as well. No issues with magnet strength. Will be purchasing a backup one.

Wasted my time and money this charger didn't work. The connection was hit or miss and wouldn't connect long enough to do anything but make the light on the charger come on and then back off

I do like my surface, but one of the annoying quirks about it is the proprietary power connector which I presume takes up real estate that could have been occupied with two more USB C ports. So I use this little cable to allow me to attach a USB charger or power bank to my surface without eating up by USB C port. It works. I keep one in my travel bag and one at my desk both attached to the USB C end of a charger.

It works as described and as expected. You must have a USB-C charger with power delivery supporting 15V, 3A mode for it to work. Less powerful 18W phone chargers will not work with Surface Pro. The connector is well-made, it attaches with the same force as my native power cable. There is a charging indicator light on the connector. The adapter will put the charger into 15V mode and draw variable current depending on what Surface needs. When charged, no current is drawn from the power supply. I've been annoyed by older Surface models lack of USB-C charging for a long time. Finally decided to look for a USB-C to Surface adapter and found this. Now I can charge my frequently used devices from a single compact charger, all at the same time. I already have several USV-C charging cables of different length. With this adapter, I can connect this adapter to a short USB-C cable to keep my desk uncluttered or a long one when I work elsewhere. Or use it with another computer's USB-C charger with the permanently-attached USB-C cable. It's great to have options.

Love the idea - super small, light travel charger that works with the cable I use for my phone. It just doesn't work. Got one. Didn't work. Tore the zip lock bag it came in, so I may be stuck paying for it. Got a second. Didn't work. Won't try a third time. I have a Surface Pro 6.

Nice to keep as a spare for this times when you forget your charger.

For some reason, the charging tips on this converter only seems to work when aligned top-down, with the cord pointing downward. If the other oritentaiton, then, my Surface 7 won't charge. I've not seen this behavior with other chargers.

Works as expected. Cannot say will last long, but build quality is very high so I suppose it will

A pesar de que tengas un cargador de 100W y un cable de 100w la surface te avisa que esta cargando de forma lenta. Y mi cable y cargador es un ugreen de buena calidad es decir es capaz de entregar los 100w en un solo puerto.

Good product, very handy. I used it frequently and didn't need to carry around the usual big block adapter, just a 45w usb-c charger. After 32 months though, it quit working and I had to order another one. Given the low cost it was reasonable.

It stopped working shortly after I received it. It also wouldn't charge the surface pro in both positions when it did work.
