Works great until it breaks.
This should be a great alternative to the pump neck traction devices. However they are not well made. It worked for about a month before breaking. Traction is achieved by 2 gears and a plastic ratchet device. Sadly, the small gear broke on two of the units I tried. Once the gear shears, it will no longer work.

Not very good directions or knob is broke
The directions plainly state to turn the knob to get desired traction. It goes from 0 to 50. It no longer allows for rotations beyond 15 and the knob does not tell me what pressure I am at. I called the maker of this device and they could not tell me anything about it? They told me to call the seller and so I called them and they said I shouldn't have to turn the knob that much?? The directions state to turn the knob to desired traction amount? This is a manual device with interior cables not air pump. So each time I use it gives me less and less pressure.

Breaks quickly, customer service is dismal and no help.
Purchased this as a gift for x-mas. Gave on x-mas eve, we returned to FL for the rest of the winter and forgot in up north. Returned in April, it worked another 2 or 3 time then stopped giving traction, it would only go to 5 or 10 on the scale. Tried Amazon but it was out of return time, they suggested the Manufacturer but when we contacted them they were no help and told us to contact the distributor. We did and after 1/2 dozen or so emails and 1 phone call they said it was out of warranty and not repairable. DO NOT BUY THIS, IT WILL BREAK QUICKLY. So we are out the $200.00 or so it cost and have 10 lbs of junk.

It works great!
My wife loves it she been suffering from herniated disc C5 & C6 an injury from a car wreck a few years back. Works Great! Its worth the investment I promise.

Best investment ever! It paid itself off in one week!
I was suffering from chronic neck pain. Was introduced to this mid evil contraption in physical therapy. The copay for the visit was to much. I found this little guy and took a chance! Once a week helps me with my neck pain. I’m glad I took a chance! I have a neck bone pushing on my spinal cord. I also have a bunch of nots on my neck area. It takes 15 minutes a week. I can definitely say this saved my life!!!!!
