These spices were great! Great taste, low price, and a larger size than average bottle, making it an even better value given the quantity and price. They smelled fresh and cooked up perfectly. Honestly I was hesitant to order Amazon spices for whatever reason but our local store was out and we ordered and like everything else they knocked it out of the park. I'll continue to order them going forward now! Spices can be expensive but not these! Don't expire for 1.5 years so good longevity but mine will run out long before then given how often we have tacos! DIY Taco Seasoning: 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp beef bouillon ½ tsp sugar 1 tsp flour

This has a good not-too-strong flavor. Cumin is such a great spice to have around and you get plenty in ths cannister...it'll last me forever.

This cumin has a great, fresh aroma and a strong, earthy flavor that really comes through in cooking. I use it a lot for chili, taco meat, soups, and dry rubs, and it performs just as well as more expensive brands. The grind is consistent, and the large 16 oz size is a huge plus if you cook often or like to make big batches. The only downside is the container size—it’s pretty large and doesn’t fit well in a standard spice rack, so I ended up transferring some into a smaller jar for everyday use. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of. Overall, this is an excellent value cumin with good flavor and freshness, especially for frequent home cooks. I’d definitely buy it again.

The quality of this spice was very surprising sometimes when you buy generic spices or non-namebrand, you expect them to not be as potent, but I purchased this, and the flavor was amazing very fresh and just as good as the much higher cost of namebrand seasonings

It's very tasty, uniform in color and not clumped. Perfect for rice and chicken.

Tastes great. We use a lot of cumin and it's nice to get a budget-friendly jar.
