May improve your energy level and metabolic function
Great product, was impressed by the difference I felt after a month of use. def, more energy and better digestion. Long term who knows, but short term it seems effective. I think the buffering via caclium/magnesium must help. My stomach is sensitive and often reacts to acidic foods etc. no problems at all with this and I take with black coffee which ain't exactly kind to your stomach the way I make it.. this compound was well created and seems to be effective. its giving me enough energy I want to get back into my workout routine..

Seems as good as Klaire's version
This is a Costco product, although I have not ever seen it at any Costco I've ever visited. Kirkman is their vitamin brand. Having gone through several bottles of this, it seems exactly as good as Klaire's version. Both help to move ammonia out of the body among other things.

May be wonderful, but Kirkman is NOT a Costco brand (that's Kirkland).
Not yet purchased. Interested due to recent good reports on AKG. This may be a great product, but please note that it is NOT a Costco product. Their label is Kirkland, not Kirkman. Reviewers seem confused, and are unintentionally misleading readers.

Look at legitimate medical research prior to purchase
Purchased this after reading article. Before taking called doctor for opinion on supplement. Doctor said little research has been done on this product and didn't recommend taking at this time. Returned unopened to company. No problem with return.
