Fit the need but doesn’t stay in place on my ankle so I needed to put my ankle next to a pillow.

So easy and convenient to have. Only cools about 15 minutes though. I put the used ones in the refrigeratorand used again

These are nice to have in med kits, etc. They get pretty cold but doesn't last that long. They do work great for bumps and bruises.

these are great we put a couple in our sons soccer backpack ust in case.

Doesn’t last too long but I noticed if you shake it once in a while it keeps cold for longer. Great for travel purposes. I used to lug around an ice chest.

I love having these as I flush very easily (warm and red face) so these are a great size for me to keep in my purse.

I bought these ahead of the summer so that if any of my employees overheat, we would have a way to cool them down - we don't always have access to ice. With that in mind, I decided to test one. It got fairly cold, maybe around 38F, but only stayed cold for about 25 minutes, and then quickly warmed up to room temperature over the next half hour. That's probably plenty for my use, realistically we would use three or four to help somebody cool off anyways. They are fairly small, but I think they will do the job nicely. If we're lucky, I won't need to use them.
