Sturdy, GREAT after sales ! Clear instructions
The best service I have ever had. Firstly delivery: the bed originally was scheduled to arrive in 4 weeks but arrived 2 days after ordering! Came as quite a surprise but a nice one. Second quality: I ordered a triple bunk bed and it is solid, lovely rounded edges, no chemicals which is amazing and hard to find so I feel safe having it for my kids, no bad smells and is good quality. Also sustainable wood too so ticks all the boxes for me Third instructions: whilst the bed had A LOT of pieces to assemble, and took a long time, the instructions were so clear and well written or was brilliant! I'm so used to rubbish diagrams and pictures too small to clearly see with self assembly but this was lovely and clear and showed step by step with even a helpline and videos if needed too (I didn't use these so can't comment but really nice to know they were there). Fourth, after service: During assembly there were a couple of pieces of wood where the knots came out, one in particular on a joint leaving a gap sand a piece of wood with Sap coming out of it. I got in contact with them and they promptly sent a link to a page where you select the piece(s) you need replacing, and it was so easy, I followed the numbers on the picture for what I needed and it was all free of charge, no delivery costs and the new pieces have arrived 2 days later! Brilliant service! I'm so pleased with this company, and the kids LOVE the bunk beds too and the single mattresses we have fit in perfectly. I plan to use them again if I ever convert it to a single with desk underneath I'll buy the add on extras. I am so pleased how well this turned out and I also had no idea they had the good after sales either, so I wanted to make sure to leave a review as I definitely recommend them 🙂 I will aim to have a picture taken where I don't have my kids being in it too haha to my review as at the moment I only have pictures of the sap and broken part but if someone sees that and doesn't read the review itself it may put them off (as personally I look at the pictures and don't always read the reviews)

Excellent product and service
After spending many months comparing wooden bunk beds and not being overly impressed for the price, I came across this one on Amazon prime day so a great price for what I was getting. Delivery was estimated at 2-3 weeks but I later got a text to say it was arriving the next day. It came very early in the morning which I was happy about. The instructions were so clear and easy to follow, probably the best set of build it yourself instructions I’ve ever come across. The only thing I struggled with was identifying the screws in the pictures but later pictures helped with that. For the most part I built it by myself, just needing a second person to help hold it up while connecting 3 sides. I’ve found it to be excellent quality and am really happy with my purchase. I won’t hesitate to buy from this company in the future

Sturdy, attractive, fun, good-value bunk beds
Although this is not very difficult to assemble, it is time-consuming. It took me over 12 hours start to finish, and I think it would be very difficult if not impossible to assemble the main frame alone so make sure there is someone around to help in the first couple of hours. After that it’s a one-person job. The instructions are fairly clear except that the pictures of the various fixings don’t all look like the supplied ones, e.g. some screws that are actually fully threaded are pictured as partly threaded, although I didn’t find it too difficult to figure out which ones were which. It is important to read all the instructions before starting as there are some general ways of approaching the task that you need to know about in advance of starting. You will also need a Phillips screwdriver, Allen keys, a pencil and a tape measure, none of which are included in the boxes. An electric drill is also very useful for pilot holes and for helping drive tricky screws all the way in, but it’s better to use a hand screwdriver where possible I found. A stepladder would also be very useful for installing the bed slats on the top bunk. I struggled without a stepladder and as a result the top bunk slats are slightly unevenly spaced, not that this matters in practice but I personally prefer things to be very neat. Once assembled, the beds look great and are far sturdier than any kids’ bed I’ve made before. It’s all solid pine, and firmly fixed together. I was intending to fix it to a wall for stability but on a carpeted floor there’s no need. It’s rooted in place by its own weight. The kids love playing underneath it and can’t wait to have their friends to stay over on the bottom bunk. The mattresses aren’t what I would describe as comfy but the kids say they are comfy, and they’ve both slept through the night more frequently since sleeping on them so what do I know. The two-mattress package is excellent value for money, especially compared to the over £1000 packages I saw elsewhere for more pedestrian looking bunks. I’d definitely recommend. I’d also suggest considering the expert assembly option if you’re short of time or especially if there’s no-one available to help assemble it. £50 to save yourself 10-25 hours seems a good deal especially if you don’t enjoy or lack confidence in flat pack assembly.

Kids love it
It took us a day a half to build (with breaks and making food). Instructions are clear, all the fixings are there. Looks sturdy, kids love it! Hope it'll last.

Triple bunk beds
Wood was very solid, all labelled up and fixings to spare. Bed very solid and heavy when assembled (took around 3 hours to build so not too bad). Only criticism I have were that the large screws were easily rounded when screwing in even just by Allen key so had to be very careful. Kids are all in love with them though and as I say, fantastic quality bed. Height was perfect as well high ceilings certainly aren't required just normal height ceiling.

Strong bunk bed with loads of spare parts
Please note the following review was done after 4months purchasing the bunk bed. And is still going strong with no issues :-) Bed Configuration: Double Bunk, with Space At The Bottom DIY Skill Level – Average Number to assemble: 2 Duration for assembly: Over 1 week (based on 4 x 4-6 hour, blocks over ) This multi-level/size bunk bed provides excellent value for what it offers. The sleeping options are varied depending on the customer needs. However, with each varied bedding arrangement option, the instructions vary in levels of complexity. Would strongly recommend the following: 2/ even 3 people assembly (depending on your if not DIY skill set level required if not prepared to hire, someone · Thorough measurements of the bedrooms including skirting boards if the bed is required to be flush to the wall · The proximity of the bed measurements in relation to open chest draws · If building upwards, ensure the ceilings are high · Consider the seated height of the child on the second/middle bunk. · Buy/order the felt ends, if setting on laminate flooring, before construction Clarity of Instructions There were good pictures of the different screws, but maybe, individual types could have been kept in one packet for quicker identification. Please be advised to have a good set of Allan keys, as the one they offered, wore out very quickly before completion of the construction. To help with the efficiency of the assembly we used an electric drill which is not advised. Core required plank ends were clearly coloured, so that you could follow the order of assembly, but I feel that they could have coloured all the wood pieces because, we took a break whilst construction and got confused with certain parts as it was not very clear where and how it fit. The ladder instructions were not always very clear (for our option) The photos were good, until it came to assembling the spine and bunk levels, it was hard to see what parts were being referenced, unless they were coloured. When finally connecting the levels, this was very challenging, and at this stage, two even three people would definitely be required if your DIY skill set is average. This was mainly because connecting end parts, required one person the keep the frame elevated whilst the ends were connected and screwed together, but this had to be done so that the upper level was kept in place. Also allow a lot of peripheral space during construction if possible. Most of our recommendations are based on the challenges that we faced, (working around school hours, work, DIY skill set level, equipment needs) we worked on the construction consistently for blocks of 4-6 hours over 3 days, but with other commitments, it took us more than a week, so would definitely recommend, booking out the time so that there is minimum interruption. Endorsement I would definitely recommend people this item as it is sturdy, good value for money and replacement parts were easy to order. We did not watch a video but if there was one then watch first.

Very sturdy. Does the job without the big price tag. Would recommend
Bought this bed for my 3 sons to open up more space as they had two separate bunks with very little space for other essentials. Delivery was 2 days late but expected that to be the case so no big deal. Assembly was very well explained. Instructions were easy to follow and the result was a very sturdy bed. Got 3 happy boys now with more space in their room to play/ have more storage. Also it's a bonus that they are ready to paint/varnish to your taste. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic bunks makes great use of our high ceilings
Fantastic beds. Very sturdy and great design. Love the extra support beam under the slats. Definitely a two person job to put together. If you can build in a empty room do so you can manoeuvre around more easily. We have high ceilings so these bunks are a great use of space and still gives the kids a decent storage space/play nook underneath. Our girls love the bunks and we will be investing in a second set for our boys to replace their old bunks. They can’t wait for an under bed storage area to play with their lego.
