Creamy, smooth, no grittiness
Delicious! It is creamy even when mixed with water. The powder mixes easily with no clumping using just a spoon. I am very impressed and am adding KOS to my protein powder "go tos".

Delicious high protein low carbohydrate protein powder!
I thoroughly enjoy the KOS Organic Plant Based Protein Powder, Chocolate Peanut Butter -Vegan Protein Powder which is Keto Friendly, Gluten, Dairy & Soy Free. I was looking for a protein powder that was low in calories, carbs and sugar while high in protein while still having a palatable taste. I find it extremely delicious. It contains only 2 g sugar,9 grams of carbs, 2 g fiber, 165 cal, with 20 grams of protein in 2 scoops. I mix it in water, add 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tspn ground flax seeds, blend and drink. Yum.

Veggies fiber protein duck yeah!
It's a lil bit grainy but barely noticeable, then again I'm not a picky or finicky eater. Food is fuel it doesn't have to taste good. This tastes good along with their chocolate one. It dissolves easily even in cold water. Value is good especially with the subscription. It keeps me non hungry for about 2 hours from an empty stomach. I mix it with my black coffee and it's sweet without all the sugar. It has 5 grams sugar per serving. So you know I ain't bullshyting you or a bot. Death! To all Humans!
