I have a new kitten & had zero cat things for him. This was 1 of my first purchases for my kitten. He’s just 10 weeks old, so this is just the right size for him. Very simple assembly, that even I was able to do… Kitten loves to jump up & lay in the hammock & bats around the dangling feather. He doesn’t really use the scratching posts, and is still to small to get to the higher pillar, but he’ll get there soon. Eventually, I will probably have to buy him a bigger cat tree, but this should be good for a while. I highly recommend this for any new kitten owner. Your kitten will love this!

While this unit is a bit small it's perfect for the size my (8 weeks) kittens are now. They are still figuring out how to climb it but really seem to enjoy playing with the feather attachment. Both kittens are still currently just under 2lbs and the hammock fits them both comfortably. Putting this together was a breeze. I did notice a bit of an annoying smell when unpacking but it didn't seem to bother the kittens one bit. I wasn't impressed with the attached metal plate on the base showing the makers name but that was very easily popped off as it only had two short nails holding it in place. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.

My 4 month old kittens enjoy this tree. One of them often sleeps on the top and they love to play with the feather toy attached to it. I agree with others that it's not for large cats and it's wobbly. I placed it on a rug to keep it stable but it could use a better foundation to not tip over (it hasn't yet but I worry about that).

Almost a year later, and my cat still loves his tree! He loves jumping on the top area, and he loves sleeping in the hammock. He uses it pretty much every day. It was easy to assemble, and was up in a few minutes. The little feather toy is now gone, he loved it so much he ripped it off in the first few weeks. But the rest of the cat tree is still sturdy and looking pretty good. Actually it’s a little bit torn up right now, but my cat will tear things apart, so it’s done quite well considering that. I did put a 15 pound dumbbell weight on the bottom, because he likes to aggressively jump to the top part of the tree. If your cat isn’t as aggressive, you may not need the counter weight. But my cat has a lot of energy, so he needs that balance because he plays pretty rough. Overall, great tree! I highly recommend it!

This cat tree is perfect for kittens and small cats. Our kittens loved climbing on it, scratching the posts, and curling up in the hammock. It’s sturdy enough for little ones and looks nice in the room. Once they grew, though, it just wasn’t tall enough and the hammocks were too small for adult cats to use comfortably. Great as a starter tree, but plan to upgrade as your cats get bigger.

The minute this cat tree was put together, my 7 pound Burmese cat occupied the hammock and took a nap! I recommend this product with one caveat, anchor the platform with a handweight or some other weight. I am going to purchase another becuase I like this one so much and we have two cats:) As much as I like this cat tree, and the great price, I would not buy this cat tree for a cat much large than 7 lbs. It is purrfect for kittens and small cats!

Easy set up and perfect size for my Lil guy. Strong and sturdy, he's very happy and it's the perfect size for him.

its exactly what it says it is. easy to put together and seems durable enough considering the price point. my cat isnt very big so i thought it might work for her but its definitely kitten only i give 4 stars because im not sure why they would design such a product for kitten only. every kitten will grow and then out grow this. is it just for kitten rescue/foster? such a niche consumer base
