Zinsser 02774 PERMA-WHITE Mold & Mildew Proof Interior Paint, Quart, Eggshell White

Great at covering and the prevention of mold and mildew whether its in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, etc. Goes on a little thick but easily. Depending on humidity the first coat takes about 35 minutes or so to dry and about an hour or more for a second coat. Bright white in color. Has the look of regular paint when dry. Can comes with metal clamps on seal to avoid leaks. Great quality and value.

I am using this to paint my house walls and so far its looking great. I ordered one bottle first and ended up ordering more, also I love the fact that is washable from the floor so if I drop some paint, I can easily clean it! I am using a spray gun and its working great!

So far, so good. Painted bathroom a few weeks ago and no mold has come back yet and no issues have arose. Paint dried quickly as well. Coverage was pretty good on one coat.

The product is incredible—exactly what I expected. I highly recommend it.

I used it to paint over a light beige area. I did two coats but you’d probably need three for that full coverage. Dries well and layers nicely hope it does what it says but I do love the fact that is a one step. Minus one just because regular paint would have been a two coat job but i like the added benefits. I used it to paint the bottom of a restroom cabinet and I let it dry about 8 hrs before closing the door to leave un disturbed over night and I noticed the door did scratch it. Could be because I didn’t wait long enough but I’ve never had that issue before with other brands. I liked that this one went on pretty smooth and was forgiving with stray brush strokes

We bought this to help kill and prevent mold on our bathroom ceiling. We have a small bathroom with poor ventilation and no windows, which easily leads to mold. Before I used this paint, I mixed hydrogen peroxide with water and sprayed that on our ceiling, then I scrubbed it clean. After it dried there was still mold stains (no active mold) on the ceiling and I then painted it with this paint. Afterwards it was like having a brand new bathroom. I haven’t had any new mold form and it looks great! So far it’s lasted over 7 months and I don’t plan on repainting it until it needs it. We have since then replaced our bathroom vent with a stronger one to help prevent mold.

When you can't seem to figure out how to get rid of random mildew in the bathroom this is a great fix. Looks great and makes me feel much better walking in there now.

Thought it was a gallon should have read better only a quart
