Comfortable and reliable
These are my favorite breast pads. They are soft, thick and comfortable. They wick away moisture before I even know I have a leak. These pads are thick and contoured, but do not show through an unlined bra. I like that they are thick enough that I can wear then with an unlined bra (unlined bras are my favorite for nursing so I wear them often) with the knowledge that my nipples aren't going to be showing through my clothes. They are very soft so pulling them out from my bra with tender nipples does not cause any more discomfort.I have tried the Up & Up brand which I was not impressed with. The Avent breast pads feel much more durable and pull away and hold any leaked milk much better. I was not able to use the Up & Up breast pads over night while we transitioned from 1 to 0 night feedings, the pads got big and bulky and were uncomfortable by morning. The Avent pads I can wear through the night without fear of them not doing to job. They hold every drop I leak and don't let me feel it at all.

Works for me!
I've used the Lansinoh, Medela, and AVENT nursing pads (as well as reusable cloth pads). I prefer to use disposable pads for work because they're less visible and are more reliable against soaking through. (While at home I always use reusable pads) I know some people complained about the thickness of these pads, but as backward as it sounds, I find that they show less because they're thicker. My issue with the Lansinoh pads is that they're so thin they bunch up really easily after just one nursing/pumping session. I can never get them to lay flat again - and who has time to mess around with that anyway? The AVENT pads hold their shape really well, don't show any more than any other pads I have (I have yet to find a pad that doesn't show at all), and are just as absorbent and comfortable. I'm sticking with these for my go-to disposable pads.

My go-to breast pads
These are my favorite breast pads, by far. I leak quite a bit of milk and have tried a number of pads since my daughter was born. These are sturdy, absorbent and comfortable to wear. I change them quite regularly so they don't often leak - I have only had them leak once or twice at night now that my daughter is sleeping much longer stretches. (You can buy thicker 'nighttime' versions.) Even so they still hold a lot of moisture. These are individually packaged so you can throw them in a bag and not worry about them getting dirty. You can also change one at a time that way (vs. opening a packaged pair for one pad.) I tried Tommy Tippee pads and they were flimsier and in my opinion, less absorbant. I tried Johnson and Johnson pads in a pinch and they were terrible - they were really rounded (concave) and small so you had to get the in the exact right place and hope they didn't move around. The Avent pads are just gently curved so they don't need to be spot on the middle of the breast. The Lansinoh breast pads aren't bad either, but I still think Avent are more aborbent. All in all, I like these.

I got free shipping on last order- now wants to charge $5+
I bought the 100 count, as i can't find nursing pads locally. I'd prefer washables, but i can't find any i don't leak through :(These are soft, and comfortable, and i've yet to leak through them (i'm a heavy leaker.)I do have to agree with the other Reviewer who said the sticky spot doesn't stick well, and they curl & bunch upwhenever i fold down my nursing bra. They also leave a bit of white fuzz on & around my nipples, which ihave to clean off every time before i nurse. I guess for the price & how many i got they're ok.I prefer 'Gerber Heavy Flow' brand over these (better adhesive BUT they don't come in more than 24 ct)BUT like i said i don't leak through. So that's a plus :)

Comfortable, functional, discreet - using them since the day we left the hospital!
I really like these disposable pads and was surprised to read so many negative comments. They are very absorbant; i wear these day pads overnight as well, and from someone with great milk production where i feel like i'm about to burst in the mornings, these pads to an excellent job soaking up that i've never woken up with a wet shirt. I find them comfortable, never have an issue with itchiness, most of the time forget they are even there. I agree with some others that it would be nice to have more adhesive on the back to keep them in place, but i don't really have much of an issue with them moving around too much. Maybe it has something to do with breast size and shape, but mine still stay put pretty well and i'm pretty active. I've never had them fall out when nursing. As with the packaging, i really don't understand why ppl are complaining about excess packaging.. I love that they are individually wrapped so they are convenient and hygenic to throw extras into your diaperbag or purse. And the wrappers are SO tiny, equivalent to a square and a half of toilet paper!

Work well
I love these! If you want disposable breastmilk pads these are it, wish I could find the night time ones tho. They are folded and wrapped which is nice if you have in your purse but Arent so quick to change/useif you are trying to put a pair on in the middle of the night with a screaming baby on your hip. I’m not allergic to any ingrednts in thesewhich is great, I have very sensitive skin. The inner part turns into gel when wet. I have a med/ heavy milk flow, sometimes I have to change the one opposite from the baby if he nurses to long on the other side, like over an hour or more. Wish they had two adhesive patchsper pad tho, can fold up on the nuringside n then have to unfold tolayrightunder your clothes

Best pads out there
Of all the different brands I've tried, these are the best breast pads I've used. They are slightly concave and form to the breast. They only have one small adhesive strip but I don't bother using it as I haven't had a problem with them staying in place. Great absorbency and pretty good price.

As expected
Great for absorbing . Very soft and great quality

Good:)
Handy - the only issue is that they lose their stickiness very quick and tend to move around a lot, but if you leak a lot anyway you'll be changing them before you would notice!

large enough and stays in place
these pads are good as they are a good size, they stay in place with the sticky bit and do not get crumpled throughout the day. each pad is individually wrapped which isn't necessary and he pack comes with 2 night time pads, which are a little thicker.

Only 30 pads not 60 as per the description
Very misleading product description. Should have number of pads in the title like the other boxes. Similar brands offer 60 pads (30 days supply) for this price. The product detail mentions 60 but in the box there is only 15 days supply.
