This is definitely the best and only whitening toothpaste that I use and recommend to others. Not only does it whiten your teeth, but it also cleans really well and disinfects. If you buy this toothpaste, make sure to follow the instructions and do not rinse after Step 1. I also use an electric toothbrush for Step 1, and a regular soft toothbrush for Step 2. For me, this helps to polish the teeth better because Step 1 has baking soda in it. However, if you have sensitive teeth, this might not be good for you. Also, be careful not to brush your gums since they may become white and spotty from Step 2, which has hydrogen peroxide in it, like the whitening pastes used at dental offices (which is why at the dentist, they cover your gums while whitening). The white spots on your gums will go away once you start using the toothpaste regularly, but if it does not, you may need to talk to your dentist since it could be an indication of other issues. Step 2 really helps to keep your teeth and your gums clean. I don't know if it's a coincidence, but I also haven't gotten any new cavities since I started using it regularly. With all that said, I do not use it every single day because I don't want to damage my enamel, but I do use it at least 3 times a week because I love coffee. I also use this toothpaste to clean my retainers regularly. I've recommended it to friends and family, and everyone has been happy with the results. Side note, do not brush your teeth, with any paste at all, right after drinking coffee since it is acidic and you can damage your teeth by brushing them right after. Always drink water after you drink coffee (or any acidic drink for that matter). Most dentists won't tell you this because you are their customer.

I decided to give this one a shot as I heard good things about it in articles. I also read the reviews on here before purchasing. A lot of people said it turned their gums white in certain places and burned others. My teeth and gums aren't very sensitive so I figured I'd check it out. I was impressed with the results. I use whiting toothpaste, strips, and pens, but as far as toothpaste goes, I could instantly see and feel a difference using this. I will say it gave me a little tingle, but not like a burn or anything, but I could feel it. I'm about through finished with it, and I can say I only noticed twice that it left a small area of my gums white, ws barely noticeable and it went away within a couple hours. The spot was a little tender for a few minutes after then I forgot about it. However, if you have sensitivity in your teeth or gums this toothpaste is most likely not for you. My wife ran out of her toothpaste and used this one day and instantly told me how much it burned and left her gums sore. She has sensitive teeth and usually buys toothpaste that reflects that. I would buy it again, but most likely alternate using this at night and my regular whitening toothpaste in the morning just to get a little longer run out of it as it is definitely not cheap, but works great.

Buy it! I am raving about this. Telling all my friends and family. First use, plaque literally came off and noticed whiter teeth!!!! Back of my teeth feel like a white picket fence as if I just have left the dentist after a cleaning. I wish I had found this sooner. Second step burns a little bit but so worth it!!!! I cannot say enough about this product. Have been talking about it for 2 days now to everyone!

This and the deep stain remover tooth paste both within a month have removed over 30 years of smokers stains! I quite smoking 2 years ago never thought without having it professionally done that the stains would be removed especially from my top 2 side front teeth. You can barely see them now. We're a dark yellow grayish always was self conscious hated smiling now hardly see and tgat was just a month of using between the 2 types!! Highly recommend will keep using, I go over the worst teeth for a full 2 extra minutes twice a day for a month to get results have so fast:)

Product does seem to actually whiten my teeth after a few months. Not a dramatic change....but good overall.

I've been using this system for years now! It makes quite a difference in the way that I look and feel when smiling. I've tried other, cheaper toothpaste and more expensive, but this is the one I return to every time. I used to be a smoker (quit almost two years ago) and was conscientious about my teeth coloring. I still drink coffee and enjoy tea and this CREST two-step system doesn't let me down. It's NOT a cover up, it cleans, whitens and brightens!

So far, so good. My teeth feel super smooth and clean all the time now. I have been using this product for a week. My teeth are a little brighter. Will keep posting my progress. This is not an overnight kind of thing.

Usé primero las tiras dentales de crest. Las he usado en varias ocasiones con buenos resultados, ya ni siquiera me sensibilizan los dientes. Justo cuando terminé de usarlas, comencé a usar estas pastas. Me ayudaron a homogeneizar el tono de los dientes, ya que las tiritas solo blanquean los de enfrente, con esta pasta ya se ve un tono blanco parejo en toda mi dentadura. En lo particular no me molesta el doble cepillado (en realidad cepillo al final de nuevo con pasta dental normal y luego enjuague bucal, pero eso es una preferencia personal). Es recomendable usarla en la mañana y en la noche, porque podría llegar a sensibilizar los dientes si se usa en un periodo muy corto entre cepilladas. Llevo cerca de dos meses usándola y se ve que va a durar. Tomo café diario y mis dientes siguen igual de blancos. Me gusta porque con todo el tratamiento se logra un blanco muy natural y limpio, no se ve falso como los veneers o tratamientos muy abrasivos, pero si hay una diferencia muy, muy, muy notable entre los dientes de alguien que solo se los lava pero no los blanquea y quien sí, literalmente te ves más limpio y cuidado. No pongo fotos porque como mencioné, me los blanqueo con regularidad, así que no se hubiera visto mucha diferencia, pero en la vida cotidiana si que la hay. La recomiendo junto con las tiras y una higiene bucal estricta.
