This shampoo smells wonderful! I bought it to use on my 4 pups. It lathers well and leaves their fur soft and fluffy. Wish I would have found this product sooner. A good bargain and high quality all in one!

Product smells divine. Leaves hair clean and shiny. Delivery packaging was nice. Safety sealed under cap and wrapped with a second strong seal outside cap. Came in a small box. Delivery was delayed, returned to sender and then ended up in my post office. The rest of the order was delivered to the house just fine. Odd.

I really loved Flex shampoo/conditioner. Used it from about 1974-ish until I just couldn't find it anymore. This smells exactly like the original balsam and protein shampoo. My hair is fairly long and really curly, and this has made my hair really soft and silky. I also ordered the conditioner, as well. Great quality, smells and works as it should. I'm a happy old lady right now.

The shampoo works well but it smells like plastic which overtakes the apple scent i was hoping for :/

Apple scent, bulk price for shampoo will last at least a year.

Good shampoo as described

I bought this shampoo because this is the kind my hair salon uses that I go to but this stuff smells awful! I’m so upset I spent money expecting something totally different. Don’t waste your money.

In delivery froze. And cracked the container into the package. Since it froze , product did not work well what I saved.
